Without transgressing the received oath, partake of the offering torma and accomplish the activities! Bhyo! Seven mothers of the East, partake of the torma, accomplish peaceful activities! Seven mothers of the South, partake of the torma, accomplish enriching activities! Seven mothers of the West, partake of the torma, accomplish magnetizing activities! Seven mothers of the North, partake of the torma, accomplish wrathful activities! Fourth, propitiating the steadfast mothers: Generate splendor by reciting the root mantra. Bless the washing water into nectar with the three syllables (ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，āḥ hūṃ，Ah Hum). Invite the guests with ཨེ་ཨཱ་རལླི་ཧོཿཏཱ་ཀི་ནི་ཧཱུྃ་ཛཿ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning). Bhyo! Together with the assembly of the oath, the four classes of blood-drinking sky-goers, come hither, come forth, assembly of protecting mothers! Come here, fulfill the oath, accomplish the activities! The four demonesses, such as the Great Self; the four yakshas, such as Gangkar Shamey; the four medicine women, such as Kongtsun Demo; and also the twelve great steadfast mothers, together with retinues of many servants, together with many fluttering ornaments, together with the sound of cymbals and music, delight in enjoying flesh and blood, whose task is to protect the Buddha's teachings. Come here, partake of the ornamented torma, accomplish the entrusted activities! In the past, Padmasambhava and, in the presence of the venerable Lang Pal Tsek, in the cave of the Asuras, on the seat of overturned fields, after entrusting the vajra in hand, placing the nectar oath on the tongue, also bestowed the name of attaining liberation, placing them in the rank of Vajradhara, protecting and governing the land of Tibet, acting as friends of yogis in practice, as promised and vowed before Padmasambhava, partake of this ornamented torma, accomplish the entrusted activities! Mama Rulu, Lala, Lili, Tata, Tete, Mama, Titi, Rulu Rulu Bhyo! Fifth, the horse dance: Underneath the torma plate, perform the ritual of summoning and dissolving the harm-doers. Hūṃ! In the three thousand million worlds, in the ten thousand worlds of directions, in the belly of the crossed Rudra, by striking the dance of blood-drinking play, it is the dance of grinding demons into powder, it is the dance of destroying obstacles into ashes, it is the dance of tormenting the heart of oath-breakers, it is the dance of liberating into the realm of afflictions, it is the dance of realizing the view of dharmata, it is the dance of staking phenomena and existence with the phurba, it is the dance of conduct free from acceptance and rejection!

O! The dance of shattered hopes for results. Activities are impartial and spontaneously accomplished, May all desired purposes be fulfilled! Hūṃ! Praise with praises of body, speech, and mind, such as the Blessed Great Glorious One. Seventh, confessing transgressions: Join palms together, whatever I, due to foolishness, have committed wrong in this virtuous act, whatever harm to sentient beings, may the Protector forgive. If the main one lacks ability, is not attained, not found, not complete, whatever is to be done here, may the Protector forgive all that. Recite thus, and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times. Eighth, the practice of the Completion Stage: If related to the front support, invite the wisdom being to descend or dissolve into the support. Dissolve the commitment being into oneself. From the heart of oneself, deep blue light radiates in all directions, touching all appearances and existences, dissolving into light, and dissolving into the palace. The palace also dissolves into light, dissolving into the deities. All emanated wrathful ones and material mandalas dissolve into the secret space of the consort. The consort dissolves into the nature of bliss, dissolving into the consort. The body part of the consort dissolves into the wisdom hero, the speech part dissolves into the mantra, the mind part dissolves into the vajra. Ninth, aspiration: By this virtue, may I and all sentient beings conquer the armies of demons, destroy all obstacles, be liberated from samsara and nirvana, attain nirvana, and attain the state of Vajra Youth.
