Within one's own heart, Known as the union of Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra) and his consort, within the inner space of the youthful vase-like body, Kuntuzangpo and his consort are like tiny mustard seeds. In the four directions, the five families and the five wisdoms are in the form of bindus (drops), self-luminous and abiding in the center and the five locations. Thus, within the union of citta (mind) and the gau (amulet box), the bindus abide as the body, within the precious white crystal vein, the space is a completely pure bindu, about the size of a pea. It radiates five colors and is located at the tip of the citta, complete with form. Inside the precious crystal tube, the bindu of space is about the size of a pea, white in color, located on the right side of the citta and appears. Within the vein where the precious net gathers, the bindu of Kuntuzangpo himself abides, red in color, about the size of a mustard seed, moving back and forth, located at the waist of the citta. Within the precious empty self-arisen vein, the wisdom bindu is about the size of a sesame seed, reddish-yellow in color, without movement, originating from the root of the citta and appearing. Within the vein like a precious white silk thread, the bindu of the great wisdom mother abides, about one-tenth the size of a horse's tail hair, blue in color, appearing without movement. These arise from the petals of the citta and appear through the path of the eyes. Secondly, practicing this, without merely remaining in the nature of dharma, but directly applying it to oneself and practicing, the method is the preliminary practice of the three actions of the body: walking, sitting, moving, prostrations, and circumambulations; the three actions of speech: idle talk, recitation, and chanting; the three poisons of mind: thoughts, analysis, and purification; having abandoned the ninefold activities of the three doors, the posture of the Dharmakaya is like a lion, upward, the posture of the Sambhogakaya is like an elephant, the guiding posture of the Nirmanakaya is like lying down, the posture of a sage is sitting upright, looking down, gazing askance or with slightly closed eyes. The body does not move, the ground is space, on the completely pure bindu of space, with a target, on the vajra lineage of awareness, look without moving with the three ways of looking. Furthermore, the self-arisen lamp of wisdom, which abides in the heart in the Avadhuti, is called the lamp of the white soft vein, through the path like a stretched silk thread, the sound of the empty bindu.

Like a fish's eye, the distant scenery appears from the lamp flame in the water, which can be seen clearly without being obstructed. All these lamp flames appear from the path in front of the eyes, the lamp flame of completely pure nature, like a rainbow tent appearing in the empty space. If it appears in the sky and becomes accustomed to a certain extent, it will appear as a wisdom body and light. When practicing the lamp flame of self-nature, signs of light and bindus will appear. It is called the self-born lamp flame of wisdom, which appears clearly without mixing defects and advantages. Like this, by observing through three ways of looking, flickering, swaying, trembling, and wandering phenomena will occur. Vajrasattva is self-born wisdom, without any attachment, determining the radiance of awareness, practicing with unblinking eyes, the outer self-nature is empty space, the inner self-nature is bright and colorful, the secret self-nature lamp flame is free from conceptualization. Goose yellow, white halo, and various light spots will appear. Then, when gazing towards the direction of the brow center, blurry, cyan smoke, and mirages will appear, as well as scenes like fireflies, torches, and burning butter lamps, as well as dark blue like a cloudless clear sky, as well as the moon, sun, Rahu, lightning, and various rainbow lights and green bindus, and black and various colored bindus will appear. Like a knot tied in a horse's tail, it is difficult to grasp, and it will appear to move towards the direction the eyes are moving. The way to grasp it is to tighten the space between the eyebrows. This will make the light stand upright and radiate light, like a half-net, multi-eyed pattern, and brocade, like a spearhead, the Tibetan letter "ཀ" and "རེ་ལྡེ་", followed by five concentric bindus, appearing as ten or as large as a rice bowl, as large as a mirror, castle, or shield, as large as a region, and then in the bindu, as large as a face, with only half the body. Produced by appearance and ultimate meaning, the appearance of these four lamp flames is like this: in the center of the light bindu is the center of the body, sometimes appearing and sometimes not appearing. Called the half-body of the bindu, good and evil, etc., due to the non-conceptual appearance, self-born conditions, and the purity of self-nature, the self-nature of wisdom is finally determined. That is also a white, smooth vein, like a silk thread, produced from the root of the eye, which is the emptiness of Dharma-nature. It exists from the brow center to a distance of twelve fingers or sixteen fingers or one cubit. The Vajra body appears as the appearance of the body. From within the central channel in the crown of one's head, the appearance of the face appears from within the bindu.
