融入。光彩若衰退，融入于幡。有缘种姓之子，所有衰退之寿命，悉皆恢复吧。（藏文：བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：वज्र आयुर्ज्ञान सर्व सिद्धि फल हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra āyurjñāna sarva siddhi phala hūṃ，汉语字面意思：金刚，寿命，智慧，一切，成就，果，吽！）如是，以享用长寿丸与长寿酒，观想外器内情之精华融入于身。之后，将箭幡竖立于心间。吽 舍。（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི，梵文天城体：हुँ ह्री，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hrī，汉语字面意思：吽，舍！） 以竹身之身印，伸展幡。以箭翎之语印，向上射。以箭头之心印，执持箭杆。以幡之彩线功德印，赐予权位。明镜具足五智，以珍宝严饰。长寿事业手印集聚于此。祈请赐予不死寿命之成就。（藏文：ཨོཾ་རུ་རུ་སྥུ་རུ་ཛྭ་ལ་ཏིཥྛ་སིདྡྷི་ལོ་ཙ་ནི་སརྦ་ཨརྠ་སཱ་དྷ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་ཨ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：ॐ रु रु स्फुरु ज्वल तिष्ठ सिद्धि लोचनि सर्व अर्थ साध वज्र आयुषे आ आ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ ru ru sphuru jvala tiṣṭha siddhi locani sarva artha sādha vajra āyuṣe ā ā，汉语字面意思：嗡，急速，急速，光芒，燃烧，安住，成就，光明，一切，义，成办，金刚，寿命，啊，啊！）以此，以箭幡作寿命命根之灌顶。观想中脉之中，充满清净五智之光。持金刚交杵。吽 舍。（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི，梵文天城体：हुँ ह्री，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hrī，汉语字面意思：吽，舍！） 一者，独一顶髻之心印。二者，方便与智慧印。三者，身语意之印。四者，舞者殊胜之印。五者，五智之印。六者，骏马权位之印。七者，法性法界之印。于法性法界中隐藏寿命，三世诸佛纵为敌，亦无法擒拿与束缚。亦无法杀害与斩断。亦无法减少与使用。四天女以印封印。以此增益寿命之光彩。以此明亮生命之光泽。祈请赐予寿命之权位，救护生命之权势。大权降临，大加持降下。（藏文：བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་བྷྲཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：वज्र आयुर्ज्ञान भ्रूँ भ्रूँ，梵文罗马拟音：vajra āyurjñāna bhrūṃ bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：金刚，寿命，智慧，种字，种字！）以此，以安住实相智慧之寿命，以金刚燃烧而严密封印。四魔之军队亦无法摧毁之誓言也。身体之皮肤化为金刚之铠甲，于所有金刚之脐轮中。忿怒尊马头明王，三面四臂，白色蓝色红色。前两手持金刚与莲花。下两手持箭弓。面朝外视，降伏魔之军队。化身与再化身一同守护。之后，祈请坛城之主，诸佛与佛子等，以真实语之祈愿与吉祥之语，使善妙之景象广大且恒常。顶礼。三世诸佛

Merge. If the radiance diminishes, merge into the banner. May the life force of this fortunate son of noble lineage, all that has diminished, be restored! Thus, by partaking of the longevity pills and longevity wine, contemplate that the essence of the outer world and inner beings merges into the body. Then, place the arrow-banner upright at the heart. Hum Hrih. (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ ह्री, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ hrī, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hum, Hrih!) With the body mudra of the bamboo, extend the banner. With the speech mudra of the arrow feathers, shoot upwards. With the mind mudra of the arrowhead, hold the shaft firmly. With the quality mudra of the banner's colored threads, bestow dominion. The mirror possessing the five wisdoms, adorned with jewels. The longevity activity mudra gathers here. Grant the actual attainment of immortal life! Two, the method and wisdom mudra. Three, the body, speech, and mind mudra. Four, the supreme dancer's mudra. Five, the five wisdoms' mudra. Six, the excellent horse's power mudra. Seven, the dharma nature's sphere mudra. By concealing life in the dharma nature's sphere, even if the Buddhas of the three times rise as enemies, it cannot be seized or bound. It cannot be killed or severed. It cannot be diminished or used. The four goddesses have sealed it. By this, the glory of life is increased. By this, the radiance of life is illuminated. Grant the power of life, protect the power of life. Bestow great power, send down great blessings. By this, the life of the wisdom of reality is sealed tightly with the burning vajra. It is a vow that cannot be destroyed by the armies of the four maras. The skin of the body is transformed into vajra armor, and in all the vajra navels. The wrathful Hayagriva, with three faces and four arms, white, blue, and red. The first two hands hold a vajra and a lotus. The lower two hands hold a bow and arrow. Looking outwards, he defeats the armies of demons. Emanations and further emanations protect together. Then, pray that the mandala lord, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, with words of truth and auspicious words, may the vast and constant vision of goodness pervade. Homage. Buddhas of the three times.
