The heroes, dakinis, and dharma protectors should always be offered with torma gatherings, confess and make amends, and urge the four activities. Do not have selfish thoughts, and maintain vows purely in a way that pleases the vajra brothers. With great compassion, always protect the six realms of sentient beings like parents. In all actions, strive to practice the ten virtues, and do not associate with friends who have reversed views and behaviors and who are contrary to the Dharma. In particular, when practicing longevity, one should adopt and abandon based on cause and effect, and strive to redeem the life that is destined to die. From the perspective of outer, inner, and secret, practice various doors of auspicious connections that increase life. Thinking of practicing these properly, say this: Hum Hri! According to the words of Vajradhara, I, with one-pointed devotion, will practice all of them. Please compassionately accept and bless me! Recite three times. The lama says: Ho! The benefits of receiving empowerment are that goodness gathers and one is liberated from sins. With joy and respect, strive to generate and recite, and one will obtain the immortal vidyadhara.
