观察那（处）。最后观察生死，首先是普通瘟疫的征兆，中间是特殊炎症的征兆，最后是落到实处的征兆。风、热和炎症三种征兆，地、水、火、风四种元素等，根据类别，进入的门和行走的道路，停留的地方和聚集的堡垒，通过疾病和邪魔的区分，分别观察共同和特殊的征兆。从不死甘露瓶中，瘟疫观察方法是黑色流动倾倒与否。第八品是讲述（这些内容）的章节。第八品讲述治疗方法。其中治疗方法有三种：治疗炎症、热症和风症。首先摧毁炎症之山，中间熄灭热症之火，最后治疗风症滋养身体。在摧毁炎症之山时，有三种治疗方法：将国王从王位上拉下来，按照经典用药物治疗；抓住疾病的本质，用强力驱逐；将幻身切成碎片，用短箭射击治疗。将国王从王位上拉下来，按照经典用药物治疗的方法是：成熟的疾病诊断练习，以及放血、烧灼等治疗的轮子，询问身体的营养和疾病的基础。抓住疾病的本质，用强力驱逐的方法是：对于地、水、火、风四种元素，施加相反的寒热，即用凉性治疗地和火的热，用热性治疗水和风的寒。在观察没有变化之后，努力治疗不让其消失。将幻身切成碎片，用短箭药物治疗的方法是：在伞（头）和轮子（脚底）之间，如果元素寒热不平衡，出现特殊的沸腾刺痛，就像熟练铁匠的工具一样，用智慧之箭刺击治疗。总的来说，将黑色三种缠绕在一起，治疗炎症、热症和风症。用伟大的甘露配方，首先摧毁炎症之山，用凉性药物和对治药物混合，中间熄灭热症之火，用滋养治疗和适当的剂量，最后治疗风症滋养身体。将所有药物等量混合并命名，大药三倍加重剂量，用悬崖表面的大蜂蜡，和具备功德的圣水（八岁童子或清净比丘）收集，药丸如中等大小的豌豆，五粒或七粒或九粒十粒，十五粒等剂量。

Grasping the essence of the disease, the method of expelling with force is: for the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, apply the opposite cold and heat, that is, treat the heat of earth and fire with coolness, and treat the cold of water and wind with heat. After observing that there is no change, strive to treat it without letting it disappear. The method of cutting the illusory body into pieces and treating it with short arrow medicine is: between the umbrella (head) and the wheel (sole of the foot), if the elements of cold and heat are unbalanced, and special boiling stings occur, like the tools of a skilled blacksmith, treat it by stabbing with the arrow of wisdom. In general, wrap the three blacks together and treat inflammation, fever, and wind. With the great nectar formula, first destroy the mountain of inflammation, mix cool medicine and antidote medicine, in the middle, extinguish the fire of fever, use nourishing treatment and appropriate dosage, and finally treat the wind to nourish the body. Mix all the medicines in equal amounts and name them, and add three times the dose of the great medicine, collect with the great beeswax on the surface of the cliff, and the holy water with merit (eight-year-old boy or pure bhikkhu), the pills are about the size of medium peas, five or seven or nine or ten, fifteen or so doses.
