Outer is the body, inner is speech, secret is mind, this itself is inseparable wisdom, attaining the four levels of accomplishment. Third, the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge: Visualize from the sindhura mandala, inviting the vidya who is complete with all characteristics, and you all enter into samadhi with the three recognitions, generating the ultimate wisdom of the four joys in your being. Auspiciously named mother of the sphere, wisdom mother who gives the bliss of awareness, by bestowing upon the fortunate son, may the four empowerments of the third empowerment be complete. The obscurations of the mind, outer objects, inner objects, secret samadhi, this itself is the obscuration of all thoughts, the four are purified. The outer samadhi of the third empowerment, inner descending from above, secret stabilizing below, this itself is the example wisdom. Mastery over meditating on the four paths, the result is the self-nature dharmakaya. Outer is skill, inner is play, secret is the sphere, this itself is awareness, attaining the four levels of accomplishment. Fourth, the empowerment of meaning: You all focus your gaze on the sphere of space.
