Look at the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the crown of the head. Until warmth arises, look at the syllable A. Until bliss arises, focus the mind on the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). When bliss and warmth slightly arise, from A, fire blazes and burns Anuttara (藏文:ཨ་ནུ་ཏ་ར་,梵文天城体:अनुत्तर,梵文罗马拟音:anuttara,汉语字面意思:Unsurpassed). The fine flame, like a snake-shaped channel, winds three times to the left through the channels. This is the oral instruction. Liberation. All the channels are filled with fire, and the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) melts away. When the white and red bindu meet in the heart, bliss increases. The clear bliss-emptiness wisdom fills the entire body. Gradually, perform the descending, holding, reversing, and scattering of the chakras. To this, combine the wind practice and the essential points of the body. By eliminating stale air and having fourfold union, purify the five limbs, perform the vajra recitation, and shake the Ha. Combine with the vase breathing in the non-conceptual lotus posture. Rely on warmth by embracing the knees with sixfold union. Practice bliss in the half-lotus posture with hands crossed. The sevenfold pouring is the general principle of all. Take a maiden of twenty years in her prime. Combine the three recognitions and meditate on the sixteen joys. With the attitude of thoroughly observing the descending, holding, reversing, and scattering, the middling practitioner meditates on samadhi, and the lowest practitioner meditates on the wind and the essential points of the body. One should train to generate bliss-emptiness wisdom. The completion stage of formless, clear light wisdom is as follows: First, be born in the lower realms yourself. Think well about the ways of experiencing suffering. Place your mind on the happiness of the higher realms. Having meditated on the past ways with your mind, practice the actions of body, speech, and mind in various ways. Look at the nature of the mind that experiences happiness and suffering. Meditate by adopting the vajra posture of the essential points of the body. Examine where the upper and lower parts of the body reside. In the Brahmin posture, close your eyes and look inward. Cover your hands on your knees and straighten your body. Meditate on emptiness and examine where it resides inside and outside. With the posture of an eagle, and with the aggregates and so on, search for where the mind resides in the object and the subject. Project the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in the manner of a demon to the edge of the sky. Examine the ways of going and coming. With the rope of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), bind and liberate the object. At that time, examine whether the mind has binding and liberation. With Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), thoroughly destroy all inner and outer phenomena. Examine whether phenomena and entities are permanent or impermanent. Then, with the impure and pure supports, rely on them and remain in equanimity, examining the movement. Examine whether there is birth and death in the unsupported place. Examine whether there are colors, shapes, and objects. Examine whether there is straightening, manifestation, and cessation of the body. With the view of the Hearers, focus both eyes on the tip of the nose.
