From there, visualize the torma in front as the deity, and perform invocation, offering, and praise. From the letter E (ཨེ་) appears a triangular house made of meteoric iron, in which enemies, demons, and curses are clearly manifested. The retinue of flesh-eating, powerful mothers in front of me and others, involuntarily hook and absorb the object to be subdued, separate it from the deity, and absorb all power, longevity, and merit into oneself. From the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ) in the heart of the main deity, the essence of the flesh-eating mothers manifests, emitting red and black colors from the letter Bhyaḥ (བྷྱོཿ), entering through the mouth and anus. As soon as it reaches the heart, it transforms into a wheel of copper and iron, rotating violently to the left, chopping the three elements of flesh, blood, and bone into a red, mushy paste, and visualize the retinue of mothers devouring it greedily. At the end of the practice mantra, recite "Vajra Kīlī Kīlāya E Sa Bhyo Rbad (བཛྲ་ཀཱི་ལི་ཀཱི་ལ་ཡ་ཨེ་ས་བྷྱོ་རྦད)", and also "Eka Ya Ma Duru Chakras Sod (ཨེ་ཀ་ཡ་མ་དུ་རུ་ཙཀྲས་སོད)", "He Kaya Ma (ཧེ་ཀ་ཡ་མ)", "Ghrima Ya Ma (གྷྲྀ་མ་ཡ་མ)", "Enemies, demons, curses Māraya Thum Ril Rbad (དགྲ་བགེགས་བྱད་མ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཐུཾ་རིལ་རྦད)". Perform offering and praise. Purify the tsok substances with Raṃ (རཾ), Yaṃ (ཡཾ), and Khaṃ (ཁཾ). From emptiness, the tsok container transforms into a blazing vessel, and the tsok substances transform into an ocean of nectar, radiating clouds of desired objects. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Ha Ho Hrīḥ (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧ་ཧོ་ཧྲཱིཿ)! Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ)! From the Aumin Dharmadhatu Palace and the supreme place of the terrifying charnel ground, descend the demon-subduing Ḍākinī Siṃhamukhā, the five-family emanations and further emanations, the million retinues of flesh-eating mothers, descend to the gathering for enjoying the tsok. Oṃ Vajra Siṃha Mukha Sa Pariwāra Ehyéhi (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སིཾ་ཧ་མུ་ཁ་ས་པ་རི་ཝཱ་ར་ཨེ་ཧྱེ་ཧི)! Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Ho (ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ)! Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ)! The unsurpassed and supreme samaya substance, radiating clouds of the ocean of desired objects, this supreme offering of tsok, please accept it with your samaya power. Sarva Gaṇa Chakra Pūja Ho (སརྦ་ག་ཎ་ཙཀྲ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཧོ)! Ho (ཧོ)! Due to our ignorance and delusion, all the transgressions that violate the hearts of the wisdom Ḍākinī deity assembly, we confess and purify them all, and grant the pure accomplishments. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. Thus, with offering and confession as preliminaries, when performing the subjugation activity, invoke: Hūṃ Bhyaḥ (ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ)! Although not moving from the unborn state of the Dharmadhatu, the miraculous manifestation of birth is the Primordial Mother of the Sky Face, the wrathful Ḍākinī Siṃhamukhā, the million retinues of the five-family flesh-eating mothers, we invoke you, generate the power of compassion, for the enemies who have broken their vows and possess the ten grounds, and for the black-sided demons who destroy the Dharma, the time has come to manifest the fierce subjugation activity! Thus invoke.
