获得灌顶且加持入驻，二利自然成就，获得殊胜共同之悉地，发愿直至菩提之间护佑救护。伴随香烟乐音，进行盛大的药物加持是： 吽。（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） 从离戏论的法界广阔虚空中，为利乐有情而幻化舞蹈的本尊和眷属，消除因和果之疾病的善逝主尊，前所未有的药师加持于此时降临。五部、五身、五种智慧之明觉，具备五种智慧的胜者父母们，为了从五浊、五毒之疾病中解脱，此时降临加持药物之精华。天和仙人内外四部的眷属，自身及其他化现之天众们，有能力赐予甘露药物之悉地，于处所、时间、物品也降临甘露之加持。显现不灭，无生法界之虚空，自力不灭，从莲花部族中诞生，以大乐之舞嬉戏而赐予悉地，骏马父母于此时降临加持。四部空行母有权司掌四种事业，降伏四魔，四无量之本体，清净四种状态之障碍的四尊，于四轮此时降临加持。守护胜者教法之护法，作为善恶之见证，救度所有邪魔，大夜叉金刚降伏魔众等，护法誓言众降临加持。往昔于胜子功德之前，承诺立誓献上生命之精华，具有守护药物教法之威力者，藏地地母众降临加持。天龙乾闼婆安住于洁净之地，药女转移目光守护药物之教法，有能力赐予明亮光芒之悉地者们，不违誓言于此时降临加持。唉玛唉玛，不甚稀奇吗？欢喜吉祥之宫殿阿拉拉，上师之加持如雨连绵淅沥沥，本尊之悉地如海广大美热热，空行母之事业如红色闪电霍霍闪，愤怒本尊吽啪之声如雷轰隆隆，护法抢夺敌人性命如群蜂拥拥，持明仙人如云聚集密密麻麻，各种天女之歌声啾啾，各种供品之陈

Having received empowerment and blessings, may the two benefits be spontaneously accomplished, may the supreme and common siddhis be attained, and may you be inclined to protect and guard until enlightenment. The great blessing of medicine, accompanied by incense and music, is as follows: Hūṃ. From the vast expanse of the dharmadhatu, free from elaboration, the main deity and retinue transform into dances for the benefit of beings. The Sugata, the main deity who cures diseases of cause and effect, may the unprecedented blessing of the physician descend at this time. The five families, five bodies, and five wisdoms of awareness, the victorious fathers and mothers who possess the five wisdoms, for the sake of liberating from the diseases of the five degenerations and five poisons, may the essence of the blessing medicine descend at this time. The retinue of gods and sages, the four classes of inner and outer, the assembly of deities who emanate from themselves and others, who have the power to bestow the siddhis of nectar medicine, may the blessing of nectar descend upon the place, time, and substance. Appearance is unceasing, the expanse of the unborn dharmadhatu, one's own power is unceasing, born from the lotus family, bestowing siddhis through the play of great bliss, may the supreme horse father and mother descend blessing at this time. The four families of dakinis have power over the four activities, subduing the four maras, the embodiment of the four immeasurables, the four who purify the obscurations of the four states, may the blessing descend upon the four wheels at this time. The protectors of the victorious ones' teachings, the guards of the command, who witness good and bad, liberate all enemies and obstacles, the great yaksha Vajra Subduer of Demons, etc., may the assembly of Dharma protectors and oath-bound ones descend blessing. In the past, in the presence of the prince Guṇa, they vowed to offer the essence of their lives, those who have the power to protect the teachings of medicine, may the assembly of the earth goddesses of Tibet descend blessing. Gods, nāgas, gandharvas, who dwell in purity, medicine women who turn their eyes and protect the teachings of medicine, those who have the ability to bestow the siddhis of clear light, may they not transgress their vows and descend blessing at this time. Ema ema, is it not wonderful? The joyful and auspicious palace of Alala, the blessings of the lama are like a drizzling rain, the siddhis of the yidam are like a vast ocean of fire, the activities of the dakinis are like flashes of red lightning, the sounds of the wrathful assembly Hūṃ Phaṭ are like thunder rumbling, the Dharma protectors rush upon the lives of enemies like swarming bees, the vidyadharas and sages gather like thick clouds, the songs of various goddesses are like chirping sounds, the arrangement of various offerings
