Appearing clearly in the expanse of space, invoking blessings and empowerment, blending inseparably and offering a seat, prostrating and making offerings both internal and external. Hūṃ! In the palace of the crescent moon's power, reside the deities of true life. I prostrate and praise the indestructible vajra lord of essence, together with his retinue. In the center of the two crossed vajras at your heart, within the sun, moon, and crescent-shaped amulet box, marked with Bhrūṃ (藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：seed syllable) and A, Ṇi, and Hūṃ, surrounded by the eight-syllable mantra Rulu, rays of light radiate, pervading a thousand realms. All the life essence of samsara and nirvana, gather into the form of Ayu life, dissolving into the heart, blazing with radiance, contemplating the accomplishment of the immortal vajra life. Oṃ Rulu Rulu Hūṃ Bhyo Hūṃ! Āyurjñānāce Bhrūṃ (藏文：ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：आयुर्ज्ञानाचे भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：āyurjñānāce bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：life wisdom life seed syllable)! By reciting single-pointedly three hundred thousand times, one attains the siddhi of immortal life. Then, the method of receiving the siddhi is: In front, anoint the platform with fragrant water, upon a fire mound, vajra horn, and lotus, in the center of a crescent moon with a single door, draw a red lotus with eight petals. Upon a low seat in the center, a precious vase filled with immaculate water, filled with water possessing eight qualities, richly nourished with essences, primarily the five essences, adorned with a neck cord, mouth ornament, and amulet string. On the right and left, place a life stalk and life wine, as well as an arrow, rooster, artemisia, and crest jewel. Arrange outer, inner, and secret offerings. Perform the activity with no separation between oneself and the deity in front. Open the wisdom mandala in front. Thus, urge all the main deities and retinue: Hūṃ! From the palace of the crescent moon's power, the lord of immortal vajra life, Heruka, the glorious father and mother, from the essential point of your heart commitment, I urge you to come forth now! Gather all the life essence of samsara and nirvana, and pour it into the essence vase. Grant the supreme siddhis to me, the practitioner! Oṃ Rulu Rulu Hūṃ Bhyo Hūṃ! The life goddess Gaurima, arising from the expanse of the body, spreads throughout the eastern sky, taking the life bag from the hand of the Gandharva, and pouring it into the essence vase.
