生起菩提心，于此，努氏比丘南喀酿波（Namkhai Nyingpo）的化身，化身大掘藏师阿里拉堆绛曲林巴贝嘉灿（Ngari Latod Jangchub Lingpa Pal Gyaltsen），从巴莫巴塘的拉措辛措（lha mtsho srin mtsho）西岸的鸟众洞穴中迎请出的普贤意伏藏《轮涅自解脱》之六灯中的《意之甚深明灯》，作为殊胜的扬达寂怒普巴三法的法类支分，依托长寿修法甚深不 смерти成就之外内，与二因三缘四甘露相结合的精炼药丸修法之成就，为了赐予与其相联的灌顶等，作此引言，献曼扎。念诵此祈请文。诸佛菩萨护法具誓者，身语意平等无二之胜成就，寿命诸法种种如愿成就之吉祥，如意宝瓶如意宝珠之形态，祈请当下赐予我。三遍。为了使相续清净，观想上师与无别，诸佛总集贝赫鲁嘎，与三根本诸佛菩萨眷属围绕，如实安住于眼前。 于彼等之前，忏悔罪业，随喜善根，祈请不入涅槃，劝请转法轮，皈依并发起殊胜菩提心，受持一切誓言和戒律，如是思念，念诵此文。上师本尊诸天众，勇士空行无余垂念，我等为首众有情，所造罪业诸不善，以愧以悔分别忏，此后我等誓断除，诸佛菩萨一切之，广大善根诸根本，尤为欢喜而随喜，不入涅槃以悲悯，为利有情坚久住，十方四时大乘之，法轮祈请常运转，上师诸佛菩萨众，乃至菩提我皈依，过去未来及现在，一切诸佛菩萨之，所学为何我亦学，所断为何我亦断，殊胜菩提心啊，

Three times. In order to purify the mind stream, visualize the guru as inseparable, the embodiment of all Buddhas, glorious Heruka, surrounded by the Three Roots, Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, abiding manifestly before you. Before them, confess sins and rejoice in virtues, request them not to pass into nirvana, urge them to turn the wheel of Dharma, take refuge and generate the supreme mind of enlightenment, and vow to uphold all vows and precepts, thinking thus, recite this. Gurus, Yidams, Deities, Heroes, Dakinis, all be mindful, I and all sentient beings, Whatever sins and misdeeds we have done, With remorse and regret, we confess individually, Hereafter, we vow to restrain ourselves, All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, The vast roots of virtue, Especially rejoice and follow with joy, Do not pass into nirvana, with compassion, Steadfastly abide to benefit sentient beings, In the ten directions and four times, of the Great Vehicle, We urge you to turn the wheel of Dharma, Gurus, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas, Until enlightenment, I take refuge, Past, future, and present, All the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Whatever is to be learned, I will learn, Whatever is to be abandoned, I will abandon, Supreme Bodhicitta,
