In order to establish the basis of empowerment and invoke the wisdom being, please visualize as follows. Cleansing and purification. From the state of emptiness, you instantly transform into glorious great Heruka, dark blue, with three faces, the right white, the left red, and the middle blue. With six arms, the three right arms holding a vajra, khatvanga, and small drum, and the three left arms holding a bell, a blood-filled red bowl, and a lasso. With four legs, trampling on arrogant male and female beings on a lotus and sun disc seat, embracing the consort of his own light. Adorned with the eight auspicious symbols, possessing the nine moods of dance, in the sphere of the bindu sun and moon, the lord of life, Vajrasattva, with a white body, peaceful smile, adorned with marks and signs. The right hand holding a vajra with the gesture of refuge, and the left hand holding a vase of life. From the three places of all the deities, all the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind arise as uninterrupted streams of nectar-like light, in the forms of white, red, and blue. By dissolving into their respective three places, believe that you have received all the empowerments, blessings, and accomplishments of the three secrets. Hūṃ! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं，Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ，Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ!) In the great charnel ground, most terrifying, in the midst of the churning ocean of blood, on the Mount Meru of great skeletons, in the center of the blazing mandala on top, is the palace of blazing wisdom. Without outer or inner, all is within. In the crescent-shaped mandala of power, on the sun, moon, and lotus of the arrogant ones, is the Bhagavan Samantabhadra Heruka, together with Krodheśvarī, the consort. They contemplate the meaning of no birth and no death. Bestow longevity, bestow power, bestow accomplishments! Bhagavan, Protector Amitāyus, the five fathers and five mothers, without duality, masters of longevity, endowed with the five wisdoms, the five aggregates and five bodies spontaneously accomplished, the five elements perfectly pure, the supreme mothers, five in number, having abandoned birth and death, the immutable vajra body. Bestow the accomplishments of the five bodies and five wisdoms! The richness of the sphere of space, beyond speech, thought, and expression, pure like space, bestow the accomplishment of realizing the meaning! The richness of the vajra sphere, from the beginning without birth or death, immutable, eternal, bestow the accomplishment of longevity! The richness of the jewel sphere, endowed with inexhaustible treasures, bestow the accomplishment of inexhaustible jewel treasures! The richness of the lotus sphere, without attachment, without faults, free from faults, stainless, bestow the accomplishment of purity! The richness of the karma sphere, performing various activities, bestow the accomplishment of spontaneously accomplished activities of the four types! Glorious mothers, ḍākinīs, bestow the accomplishment of power, strength, and splendor! Bestow the power to be renowned throughout the three thousand worlds! Bestow the splendor to subdue the three realms! Bestow the accomplishment of no conceptualization, no birth, and no death! Bestow the accomplishment of body, speech, and mind! Gods of rasāyana medicine, ṛṣis, vidyādharas of medicine, goddesses of tree, herb, and medicine forests, having gathered the essence of all medicinal herbs of existence and non-existence, bestow blessings upon this nectar! Bestow the supreme accomplishment of life empowerment! Amrita Ayuh Siddhi Hum! (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀཏ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿསིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ，Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत आयुःसिद्धि हुं，Sanskrit Romanization: amṛta āyuḥsiddhi hūṃ，Literal Chinese meaning: Nectar, Longevity, Accomplishment, Hūṃ!) Thus, by urging and supplicating, the deities of the vase and skull melt into light, becoming a stream of nectar that bestows the accomplishment of immortality, and a great elixir of the essence of accomplished substances.
