Bhagavan Great Glorious Vajra Heruka, Supreme Mind Immutable Vajra Family Body, Manifesting as a terrifying form to subdue the wicked, Adorned with charnel ground ornaments, wielding blazing weapons, Surrounded by a retinue of blood-drinking wrathful deities, male and female, A host of messengers emanated from body, speech, and mind, Possessing the insignia of heroes as mudras, inconceivable, Please draw here the life and glory of the three realms of existence, Bestow accomplishments as in the past commitment! Though not moving from the state free from conceptual elaboration, The ten wrathful kings, terrifying, manifest as emanational bodies, Taming the ten non-virtues, perfecting the ten powers, Through the ten pāramitās, connecting beings to freedom from birth and death. Taming the wicked in all directions, above and below, From the ten boundless directions of the six realms, Gathering all life, wealth, and wisdom, As per your vow, grant the siddhi of life. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra mahākrodha! Āyuḥjñāna hūṃ hrīḥ ṭhā! Here, to each mantra of the ten wrathful ones in common, the phrase "Āyuṣe hūṃ ja!" is also recited. Hūṃ! Candalī, the life-owner mother assembly, The form of her body is like the light of the sun, Adorned with bindus of blood and fat, The belt is the vast field Vasudhā, Wandering in charnel grounds, stealing lives, Giving strength to the fields, showing the manner of battle, Holding a vase that grasps the essence of life, As per your vow, in the bag of life, Grant the siddhi of no birth and no death. The white one who summons with an iron hook, The yellow one who leads with a rope, The red one who binds with an iron chain, The blue-green one who subdues with a bell, As per the ancient oath, Gather the essence of the elements of the vessel world! Gather the life of sentient beings! Gather the essence of ṛṣis, vidyādharas, and siddhas! Steal life from the hands of the Lord of Death, Yama! Steal life from the hands of the arrogant gods, nāgas, and eight classes! Steal life from the ten directions of the world, And fill the life vase with the essence of nectar! Oṃ āḥ hūṃ!
