By focusing on the parts of the body and ultimately practicing to achieve complete clarity. First, in the realm of consciousness, the image of the deity appears vividly. Then, as if there were tangible, visible signs, it appears clearly before the senses. After that, all impure appearances representing oneself disappear, and one dwells single-pointedly in the clear appearance and pride of the deity. These three are called clear appearances in the realm of consciousness, the realm of appearance, and the realm of attachment. In this way, when the three realms are clear, each part of the body, and even the smallest ornaments, emit clear appearances. By practicing to master the uncertain aspects of the deity's form, such as size, number, length, and so on, it is called achieving the deity's form, and one learns to feel comfortable no matter how one meditates. In this way, when the clear appearances of the support and the supported arise, the nature of mind itself is pure as a deity from the beginning, and there is nothing else to seek, and the mind and the deity's form are inseparable. Moreover, understanding this as a state of clarity and emptiness without grasping is the most crucial point. After ascertaining this, from samadhi to praise, after straightening the ritual like a master, one enters into recitation, as stated in the root tantra: "One should perform the approach of body, speech, and mind." Therefore, first, the rosary is blessed. The first is the approach of the body: Generate the firm conviction that the body, visualized as the great glorious father and mother, is naturally accomplished and complete with the nine deities. In particular, recite in a state of clarity, even including the smallest ornaments of the main deity. The second is the approach of the mind: Visualize oneself as the heart of the great glorious one, on top of a moon disc, there is an eight-faceted jewel, like a deep blue lapis lazuli, with eight seeds, each the size of half a mustard seed, green and red, surrounding the eight facets. Inside that, above the A syllable, there is a moon disc the size of a needlepoint, on which there is a wisdom being Vajrasattva, about the height of a finger. His body is white, with one face and two arms, the right hand holding a vajra at the heart, and the left hand holding a bell resting on the hip. In his heart, above the Ma syllable, there is a sun disc the size of half a pea, on which there is a blue vajra, with a dark blue Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ) syllable in the center, like it is written with ink, surrounded by eight Rulu (Tibetan: རུ་ལུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रुलु, Sanskrit Romanization: rulu, Chinese literal meaning: Rulu) seed syllables. And visualize that outside the center of the vajra, there are also eight seed syllables surrounding it, and by reciting the mantra, from Rulu (Tibetan: རུ་ལུ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: रुलु, Sanskrit Romanization: rulu, Chinese literal meaning: Rulu), the rays of the five wisdoms radiate together with the breath in the ten directions.

Strike the hearts of the noble ones and the eight mothers. Urge the lineage of the commitment. Gather all the siddhis and, in accordance with the breath, let them dissolve into my heart, and recite as if turning a wheel of unobstructed fire. The third is the recitation of speech: Again, from the rays of light of the rulu in the heart, life-force arises, and on the eight-petaled lotus tongue, in the center of the vajra-like upright double "Changs," on the red moon, the red "Ah" (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) is surrounded by the eight syllables of rulu. From between the palate and tongue, light radiates, pervading all the worlds of the ten directions. Thinking that all appearances are the assembly of the Great Glorious Blood Drinker deities, recite while proclaiming the sound of rulu. Thus, if you can clearly visualize the three visualizations simultaneously, there is no need to recite by dividing into three sessions. If you cannot, then divide the recitation into three parts, each occupying one-third of the session, and recite with one-pointed mind, clearly visualizing the previous meditation sequences in order. The mantra to be recited is the same for all three: Om rulu rulu hum bhyo hum (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ༔). After the root eight syllables are combined with the eight mothers one by one, it is said: The all-encompassing Great Glorious Father and Mother, the nine deities of the essential meaning of the instructions are clear. Furthermore, avoid the faults of mantra and samadhi such as being too fast, too slow, too loud, too soft, sinking into drowsiness and sleepiness, and scattering and excitement. With the clarity of samadhi and stable pride, recite the mantra sound clearly and purely, and train with one-pointedness. At the end of the session, recite some vowels and consonants, and perform a condensed offering and praise of emptiness. Then, reciting "Hum Hum Hum," gather the wheel of the mandala into the inconceivable realm of reality, and with three "Phats" (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट्, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phat), arise as the deity of the session break, visualizing the outer and inner worlds as the wheel of light of the deity and mantra, and combine with the yoga of the continuous stream. As for the method of dividing the sessions: It goes without saying that you start with a scattered session. Otherwise, from the second day onwards, at the beginning of the scattered session, the seven preliminary practices must be completed. At the beginning of the recitation, the rosary should also be blessed. After that, at the beginning of the other three sessions, you can enter samadhi after simply recalling the protection wheel, and
