Accomplishments, etc., may the spontaneously accomplished siddhis of cause and effect now be granted to us practitioners. Oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ (藏文:ཨཱོཾ་རུ་ལུ་རུ་ལུ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྱོ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ rulu rulu hūṃ bhyo hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 汝鲁汝鲁 吽 炯 吽), thus urging the siddhi, and establishing it in the three places of the support of practice. Finally, visualize the deity in front dissolving into light and merging into your heart and life force, becoming inseparable. Joyfully partake of the nectar of the siddhis, such as the torma, in turn, and visualize the immaculate nectar pervading all the channels and elements, igniting the wisdom of great bliss, and remain in equipoise. After that, the general and specific tsok offerings and torma offerings must also be performed. These may be done before obtaining the siddhi, or it does not matter if they are done at this time, and it is easy to practice. In any case, offerings and praises of thanksgiving and apologies must be made. If it is a mandala, then invite the wisdom beings to return, or dissolve them into the supports such as painted images. If it is a cloth painting, then perform the stable dwelling. Gather the samaya beings together with the protective circles, and arise as the deity of the session break, and adorn the end with aspirations and auspicious words. After that, offer the torma as before, invite them to depart, and release the restrictions. After that, also perform the bathing, sweeping, and place-guarding rituals as in the general secret practice. And accumulate the number of one-tenth of the peaceful fire offering to complete the recitation. If it can be accomplished, it does not matter if it is done before the release of restrictions and at these times. Third, the aspect of the fruit of accomplishment is: In the root accomplishment practice, it is said: "The sign of accomplishment is the arising of three great heats, namely, the heat of manifestation, the heat of light, and the heat of heat." As it is said, the first is: that I myself naturally appear as the Great Glorious One, and am not moved by conditions, and that the painted image smiles, the torma burns, and the rakta boils, and so on. The second is: that light radiates from my own body, and that the butter lamp burns brightly, and so on. The third is: that the deity, mantra, and dharmata become the seat, so that ordinary thoughts do not arise. The body is as light as cotton, and one does not feel its existence, and worms do not arise and there is a fragrant smell, and the dakinis gather in the lake like swans with the sound of rulu and perform activities. These external substances of practice are symbols representing the mandala of the body, speech, and mind to be accomplished. The three doors of the inner self are naturally complete as the body, speech, and mind of the Great Glorious One.

In order to purify the defilements of the channels, energies, and bindus, and in order to awaken to the nature of the three kayas, the indestructible fruit, it is said: 'All the bliss of the Buddhas is gathered together; profound yoga completes the three kayas.' In short, to obtain the two types of siddhis, from the initial grasping of the point to the final completion, it is represented by the qualities of experience and realization. In this root practice, there are mentions of one month, fifty-eight, and the nine deities. Among them, the essence of the meaning of true accomplishment is the nine deities themselves. The main deity's right and left faces and six hands, combined with the eight consorts, also confirm the nine deities. From this itself, it is said: 'The extraordinary instructions are the essence of the true heart; although the deity meditation with elaboration is inconceivable, the essence of the meaning is only the nine deities.' Thus, the practice of the nine deities is established as excellent, and because the practice is easy to enter, the key points are condensed, and the elaboration and condensation are appropriate, it is arranged as a one-time practice of approach and accomplishment. Furthermore, if it is extremely condensed and the practice is condensed into key points, the eight syllables of 'rulu' are made into three sets of seven. First, with the seven-part ritual, purify the ordinary appearance and attachment of the body, and then take the path of the deity's form. Second, with the seven limbs, purify the ordinary appearance and attachment of speech, and then take the path of sound as speech. Third, with the seven dissolutions, purify the ordinary appearance and attachment of mind, and then combine the thoughts and experiences with the path of the heart, and diligently focus on the recitation of 'rulu' in sequence. In all activities, know that the three doors are the deity, mantra, and dharmata, and practice diligently, etc. The methods of practicing yoga day and night should be practiced in accordance with the root text and in accordance with one's own order. This is a concise compilation of the approach and accomplishment ritual of the Great Bliss, True Heart Essence, Nine Deities, requested by Ngagwang Padma, who possesses the wealth of faith, diligence, and wisdom, and written by the lazy old man Gyurme Dorje at the age of fifty-nine. Sarva Da Mangalam (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वदामङ्गलम्, Sanskrit Romanization: sarvadāmaṅgalaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: all auspiciousness). A Concise and Clear Approach Manual for the True Heart Essence, by Gyurme Dorje.
