Leprosy, epidemics, and three types of sores, as well as warts, swelling, planetary influences, evil spirits, bad diseases, corpse poison, fierce actions, and newly occupied places, should all be examined with wisdom using methods such as dry, wet, hot, and cold. In short, protect against sorcery, homa, zor, hail, and subdue burning, pressing, madness, and possession. The mantra practitioner should eat it, smear it, fumigate with smoke, block holes, wear it on the body, scatter it on the ground, and perform inner practice, increase, and repel substances. If everything is equipped with these, then no gods, demons, or eight classes can invade. Seeing the flames of the kalpa burning, it is impossible to transcend. In short, whatever you have, this has; it is a strong armor, a sharp weapon, a terrifying refuge, and a protective fortress. It is rare to appear in the world. It is not permissible to propagate or show it except to the only son left behind after death. This is the heart essence of Padmasambhava. This is the only sacred heart instruction.
