无边者啊！对寂静者示寂静，对忿怒者示忿怒等，应以何法调伏者，即示现何法；以四种事业，用方便调伏众生。因无明所惑，未能如是了悟，以放逸之行，违越誓言者，祈请慈怙悲悯者宽恕！祈请宽恕，祈请赐予清净！ 吽！ 黑马头金刚谛听并垂念！ 法身本无有慈悲嗔恨，为调伏恶毒者，而示现忿怒之身；以威猛之力，诛灭摄受。 极其忿怒，现黑夜叉之相；天铁头发如黑暗般遮蔽虚空；法性广大，将世间置于腹中；以大悲威猛，以方便引导六道众生。 因无明所惑，未能如是了悟，以放逸之行，违越誓言者，祈请圣观世音宽恕！祈请宽恕，祈请赐予清净！ 吽！ 黑夜叉谛听并垂念！ 虽未曾动摇法性寂静之状态，然以大悲之故，为诛灭不驯服者；极其可怖之恶毒夜叉，以忿怒凶暴罗刹之姿，威胁生命；极怖畏之猛烈眷属，投入事业；为守护教法，而作护法之职；守护白方，摧灭黑方。 因无明所惑，未能如是了悟，以放逸之行，违越誓言者，祈请调伏大权傲慢者宽恕！祈请宽恕，祈请赐予清净！ 吽！ 进入甚深秘密真言之瑜伽士，因不具正念，为放逸所控制；身之誓言失坏，我忏悔！语之誓言失坏，我忏悔！意之誓言……根本誓言……支分誓言……事业誓言……违犯共同律仪，我忏悔！不具口传灌顶，我忏悔！不具誓言法器，我忏悔！不具口诀精要……不具修持把握……对本尊应取应舍，我忏悔！中断念诵修持……生起次第之禅定不清晰……圆满次第之证悟未圆满……念诵心咒不精纯……事业未如仪轨般进行……供养超过年月……会供朵玛中断……超过时限，我忏悔！于非时行事……我忏悔！祈请上师本尊垂鉴！惭愧啊！

O Boundless One! To the peaceful, show peace, and to the wrathful, show wrath, etc. To whomever needs to be tamed by whatever means, show that accordingly; with the four kinds of activities, tame beings with skillful means. Due to the power of ignorance, not realizing it as such, and through heedless conduct, having transgressed the vows, I beseech the compassionate protector to forgive! I beseech forgiveness, I beseech the granting of purity! Hūṃ! Black Hayagrīva, listen and consider! Although the Dharmakāya has no love or hatred, in order to subdue the wicked, it manifests as a wrathful form; with fierce power and strength, you subdue and then embrace. Extremely wrathful, appearing as a black yaksha; with a sky-iron mane, the empty realm is darkened; with the vastness of Dharmatā, the world is placed in the belly; with fierce compassion, the six realms are guided by skillful means. Due to the power of ignorance, not realizing it as such, and through heedless conduct, having transgressed the vows, I beseech the noble Avalokiteśvara to forgive! I beseech forgiveness, I beseech the granting of purity! Hūṃ! Black Yaksha, listen and consider! Although you have not moved from the state of peaceful Dharmatā, yet out of compassion, in order to subdue the unruly; extremely unbearable, a wicked yaksha, with the appearance of a wrathful and fierce rākṣasa, threatening life; a retinue of extremely terrifying and violent ones, engaged in activity; in order to protect the teachings, you perform the duty of a guardian; protecting the white side, destroying all the black sides. Due to the power of ignorance, not realizing it as such, and through heedless conduct, having transgressed the vows, I beseech the subduer of the powerful and arrogant to forgive! I beseech forgiveness, I beseech the granting of purity! Hūṃ! A yogi who has entered the gate of profound secret mantra, lacking mindfulness and controlled by heedlessness; the samaya of the body is broken, I confess! The samaya of speech is broken, I confess! The samaya of mind... the root samaya... the branch samaya... the activity samaya... violating the general vows, I confess! Lacking empowerment of oral transmission, I confess! Lacking the vessel of samaya, I confess! Lacking the essence of instructions... lacking the confidence of practice... having taken and rejected the yidam, I confess! Interrupting recitation and practice... the samādhi of the generation stage is not clear... the realization of the completion stage is not complete... the essence of mantra recitation is not pure... the activity is not performed according to the scriptures... offerings have passed for years and months... the tsok and torma are broken... having exceeded the time limit, I confess! Engaging in activities at the wrong time... I confess! I beseech the lama and yidam to witness! I am ashamed!
