The Lotus Subduing Empowerment Queen and the Hero Wisdom Vajra made a collection of precepts, prophesying, "In the future, it will be entrusted to the Lotus Empowerment Lotus Vidyadhara." Thus, in the great assembly hall of the Orgyen Dakini Secret Treasury Heruka, it was hidden as a treasure in the west-central vault. Now, it is entrusted to the Lotus Subduing and the Hero Wisdom Vajra. You two, make a collection of precepts. On the summit of the future lotus, a son of Orgyen with a topknot will appear, named Ra tsa thod phreng. Please give instructions to him." As it was said, when the time came to tame beings, the Great Empowerment Heruka himself arose as the teacher Padmasambhava, with an immortal vajra body. From the Orgyen Dakini Secret Treasury, Dakini Tsandhali offered the treasure box of the union of the three roots, the play of the supreme horse, and entrusted the precepts, thus obtaining the precepts of the empowerment of the scriptures. The yidam deity Horse-Pig father and mother appeared, bestowing empowerment and prophecy, thus descending the empowerment of the yidam deity. From the manifestation of the body of the Dakini Empowerment Queen, the four empowerments were completely bestowed, thus obtaining the empowerment of the virtuous friend. The protector Amitayus bestowed the empowerment of immortal wisdom, obtaining the empowerment of no birth, no death, no aging, and no decay, thus showing the way to obtain the empowerment of the power of awareness. In the sacred land, the Buddha's teachings were benefited by the infinite manifestations of whatever was to be tamed, like the rising sun of the victorious teachings, thus being universally known as the Second Buddha Padmasambhava. In the tantra, it is said: "He also in the future final age, the red-faced Rakshasa in the land of Tibet, the Dakini Tso gyal and others, the five emanations of the five classes of Dakinis, named Ti-sgro brag, will be heard." As it was said, when the emanation of Manjushri, the Dharma King Trisong Detsen, illuminated the sun of the Buddha's teachings in the dark abyss of Tibet, the Second Buddha of Orgyen himself came and became the cause for the accomplishment of the temple and what it contains. He translated the ocean-like sutras and tantras of the sacred Dharma, and established the root of teaching, learning, meditation, and practice. Surrounding the profound and vast earth, concealing countless treasures both with and without names, it prophesied the successive appearances of regent treasure revealers. In particular, the essence of speech of all the Sugatas, the compilation of Wrathful Hayagriva; the heart's blood of all the Dakinis; the life essence of wisdom and all sentient beings; the gatherings of the Three Roots and Dharma Protectors assemble like clouds and rain, from the sections of tantras, transmissions, and pith instructions known as the Yidam Gong Dü (Intentional Compilation). The Dharma of Mahayoga general Hayagriva was spoken to the Dharma King (Trisong Detsen) in Samye Hayagriva Isle and Chimpu Ridza. The Anu Yoga Dakini Secret Path section was bestowed upon Tsogyal at the sacred site of Zhotö Tisel. The Ati Dzogchen Cycle of Self-Liberation of Samsara and Nirvana was granted to Namkhai Nyingpo in Lhodrak Dunggi Phuk. Again, the Yangti Lama Norbu section was spoken to Tsogyal in Tsari Zilchen Dorje Phuk. Later, in places such as Samye Chimpu and the Utsé Palace, Namnying, Chöyang, Tsogyal, Muné, Chölo, Gonpo, and other king-subject retinues, the latter seventeen were bestowed with the complete ripening liberation of all Dharma decrees. The parts of the tantra that were stirred up, the transmissions tightened, and the pith instructions hidden were brought to light, and like the root of a tree, there is the section of tantra. In relation to that, like the branches and leaves of a tree, there is the section of the Three Roots Gong Dü ripening liberation stages. Like a bright and clear flower, there is the section of the Dakini Gong Dü Secret Path Red. Like the essence of a fruit, there is the section of Dzogchen Ati. Like a fruit ripening into essence, there is the section of Yangti Lama Norbu. Like bark and leaves, there is the section of the four activities and various others. Like a master who is not turned by others' power and enjoys self-sovereignty, there is the section of Dharma Protector Secret Razor, divided into seven major sections. Because it completely possesses everything needed, it is Gong Dü (Intentional Compilation). Because whatever is thought is accomplished as desired, it is Norbu (Jewel). Because it completes the Nine Vehicles and Four Tantras, it is Chenpo (Great). Because the words are extensive and the practice is easy to understand, it is Dondü (Meaning Compilation). That profound Dharma, which is in harmony with everything and surpasses others, was written down by those who obtained the unfailing dharani, such as Dakini Tsogyal, on five kinds of yellow paper in nine different scripts.
