我是阿特玛（藏文：ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅་ཧཾ，梵文天城体：आत्माकोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：ātmako'ham，汉语字面意思：我是真我）！通过它，显现和存在的万法，从空性无我的自性中，即是如是性。对于尚未从道中解脱的众生，修习广大的慈悲心！阿，一切法，自性，我是阿特玛（藏文：ཨ་སརྦ་དྷརྨ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅་ཧཾ，梵文天城体：असर्वधर्मस्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：asarvadharma svabhāva ātmako'ham，汉语字面意思：阿，一切法，自性，我是真我）！一切显现！为了安置一切众生于安乐，并从痛苦中解脱出来，处于那广大慈悲之中，作为因的等持是：作为因的字是红色的ཧྲཱིཿ，具有短音节和重音，从中发出七道光芒。诸元素次第累积是：由ཨེ་ཡཾ་རཾ་ར་ལཾ་ཀིཾ་བྷྲཱུྃ发出。从ཨེ་产生蓝黑色的三角形虚空，尖端朝上。从ཡཾ产生绿黑色的弓形风轮，呈十字交叉状。从རཾ产生红黑色的三角形火焰山。从ར་产生红色的血海，呈圆形漩涡状，漂浮着人尸和马尸，泡沫翻滚。从ལཾ产生金色的坚固大地，呈四方形展开，其上的墓地景象如陶器般崩塌。从ཀིཾ产生四方形的骨骼须弥山，具有四层阶梯，是食肉鸟、猛兽和吸血鬼的巢穴。生起坛城。在其上观想从བྷྲཱུྃ产生圆满的自在坛城。念诵བྷྲཱུྃ་བི་ཤྭ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཧཱུྃ༔（藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ་བི་ཤྭ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूं विश्व विशुद्धे हूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ viśva viśuddhe hūṃ，汉语字面意思：勃隆，一切清净，吽）！通过念诵，从紫黑色的བྷྲཱུྃ产生大墓地的宫殿。中央是红黑色的三角形，相对放置着半月形，以四瓣莲花为标志。其外层是十辐轮。中间有门和门楣的五层墙壁，由干湿头盖骨和动物图案堆砌而成，由五种珍宝构成。有日月的天窗，小田地的篱笆，大田地的栋梁，湿田地的胜幢，田皮的幡旗，大腿骨的马蹬，湿头盖骨的口塞，大油的流水，大血的海，心识的大帐篷，大脂肪的烟雾，牛黄的大涂料，巴苏达的网状图案，肾脏的囊袋，眼睛的念珠，以肢体的幡旗装饰，并具有田地的碎片。其外围遍布金刚十字杵，单尖金刚杵，五尖金刚杵，三尖金刚杵，九尖金刚杵等火焰。

I am Atma (藏文：ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅་ཧཾ，梵文天城体：आत्माकोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：ātmako'ham，汉语字面意思：I am the true self)! Through it, all phenomena of appearance and existence, from the nature of emptiness and selflessness, are Suchness. Cultivate great compassion that pervades sentient beings who have not yet been liberated from the path! Ah, all dharmas, nature, I am Atma (藏文：ཨ་སརྦ་དྷརྨ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཨཱཏྨ་ཀོ྅་ཧཾ，梵文天城体：असर्वधर्मस्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：asarvadharma svabhāva ātmako'ham，汉语字面意思：Ah, all dharmas, nature, I am the true self)! Everything appears! In that state of great compassion, for the sake of placing all beings in happiness and liberating them from suffering, the samadhi of the cause is: The seed syllable of the cause is red ཧྲཱིཿ, endowed with a short syllable and stress, from which seven rays of light arise. The sequential accumulation of elements is: Emanating from ཨེ་ཡཾ་རཾ་ར་ལཾ་ཀིཾ་བྷྲཱུྃ. From ཨེ་ arises the dark blue triangular space, with the apex pointing upwards. From ཡཾ arises the green-black bow-shaped wind mandala, arranged in a cross. From རཾ arises the red-black triangular mountain of fire. From ར་ arises the red sea of blood, swirling in a circular manner, with floating corpses of humans and horses, and churning bubbles. From ལཾ arises the golden, solid earth, spread out in a square, with the arrangement of the charnel ground collapsing like pottery. From ཀིཾ arises the square Mount Meru of skeletons, with four tiers, which is the nesting place for birds that eat flesh, predators, and many blood-drinkers. Generate the mandala. On top of that, contemplate the complete and perfect mandala of power arising from བྷྲཱུྃ. Recite བྷྲཱུྃ་བི་ཤྭ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཧཱུྃ༔ (藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ་བི་ཤྭ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूं विश्व विशुद्धे हूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ viśva viśuddhe hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Bhruṃ, all pure, Hūṃ)! Through recitation, from the dark purplish བྷྲཱུྃ arises the palace of the great charnel ground. In the center is a red-black triangle, with opposing crescent moons, marked by four lotus petals. The outer layer is a ten-spoked wheel. In the middle are five layers of walls with doors and lintels, constructed from stacked dry and wet skulls and animal patterns, made of five kinds of precious jewels. There are skylights for the sun and moon, fences for small fields, pillars for large fields, victory banners for wet fields, banners of field skin, horse supports of leg bones, mouth stoppers of wet skulls, streams of great fat, an ocean of great blood, a great tent of citta, smoke of great grease, a great coating of gorocana, a net pattern of vasuta, pouches of kidneys, rosaries of eyes, adorned with pennants of limbs, and complete with fragments of fields. All around the outside are vajra crosses, single-pointed vajras, five-pointed vajras, three-pointed vajras, nine-pointed vajras, and so on, of fire.
