Purify and all sentient beings, take refuge with reverence in the three doors. (Recite) three times. With the intention of transforming the excellent means into the seven branches of accumulating merit and purifying obscurations, practice them properly, and recite this: I prostrate to the deity of self-awareness! I offer the unobstructed, self-manifesting offerings! I confess the downfalls on all four sides! I rejoice in the equality of the three times! I urge you to completely liberate from samsara! Abide in the state of primordial purity, thorough emptiness and clarity! I dedicate that all beings may realize self-awareness! May I attain the complete three bodies! Three times or once. May all beings pervading space be placed in the state of glorious Lotus Empowerment (Padma Wangchen). For that purpose, please listen to the profound ripening empowerment and practice the stages of the path of liberation. With this thought in mind, and abiding in the meditation of the four immeasurables, recite this: Alas! In order for me to liberate all beings, in the mandala of Hayagriva Empowerment, I urge you to completely liberate from samsara! I generate the mind of enlightenment in the four immeasurables! Three times. Prepare a mandala with five heaps. Give a wooden stick. In order to examine the connection of lineage and activity, please hold this wooden stick in your palm, and with the recitation of this text, throw it into the mandala. Mandala of the Empowerment Deity, with the power of karma and fortunate prayers, please show the connection of karma! Vajra Haha Hasa Ti Ho! (藏文) Recite and throw. After throwing in this way, the tip of the wooden stick pointing to the four directions and the center five places indicates the accomplishment of the four activities and the supreme accomplishment. It is said that pointing to the corners will accomplish minor achievements. Give a red protection cord with a vajra knot, blessed with the root mantra. Visualize that by tying the vajra thread of mantra on the arm, it can protect the three doors from all obstacles. Hūṃ! The solid and stable vajra is blazing, it cannot be destroyed by any means, seal it! Vajra Yaksha Hūṃ! (藏文，梵文天城体，vajra yakṣa hūṃ，金刚 夜叉 吽) Tie it on the left arm of a man and the right arm of a woman, and seal it with a vajra seal. Give kusha grass. Hūṃ! In the past, the teacher, the protector of the world, just as he resided on the supreme kusha grass seat, may you also use this as a seat and be equal to the gods! Gather the Tsog offering mandala, in the Tsog offering mandala, the second wisdom mandala appears like an image appearing in a mirror.
