Later, when the time came for the activity of taming beings, the reincarnation of Langdro Lotsawa, the great treasure revealer Ratna Lingpa, with indescribable miraculous displays, brought forth the profound teachings of the four cycles of the Collected Teachings as a public treasure. He propagated the extensive and continuous activity in the three regions of Tsang, U, and Kham. The extensive empowerment of Hayagriva Secret Assembly, which is related to the supreme empowerment of the subjugation of the arrogant, and the condensed Torma empowerment, including the subsequent permission of body, speech, and mind, exist as two. Now, the extensive empowerment will be performed. There are two parts to it: the preparation and the main part. First, with the intention of offering the mandala as the price for requesting the preliminary teachings, please offer the mandala. After this introduction, the mandala offering begins. Previously, blinded by the obscuration of ignorance and symbolizing the failure to see the mandala of wisdom, a red blindfold is tied. As a token of meeting the deity of self-appearing awareness, please hold a bouquet of five-colored flowers in your hands. Give the blindfold and flowers. Fill your palms with flowers, join them in a rounded shape, and repeat this prayer. Kye! Lord of all mandalas, Great self-master, lord of power, You are the great compassionate dance master, Please ripen us! Repeat three times.
