Many condensed teachings were revealed and concealed in the past and present. This supreme, wish-fulfilling light, the essence of all, was compassionately taught to the divine sons and subjects. As it is said, among the infinite lineages of new and old teachings and treasures of the protector of the snowy land, Avalokiteśvara, which appear, are appearing, and will appear in the three times, this very essence, the drop of essence, is the Great Compassion, the Heart of the Earth, the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. When Orgyen Rinpoche went to the southwest to subdue the Rakshasas, in front of the self-arisen Great Compassionate One in the northern chamber of the Jokhang Temple, the center of the earth in Tibet, he opened the great mandala of the Noble Wish-Fulfilling Net and bestowed the ripening and liberating instructions, including the root and branches, to the prince Lharjé, Vairochana, Namkhai Nyingpo, Sangye Yeshe, Atsara Salé, Jomo Tsoyal, and others, and entrusted them to the supreme prince, the accomplished king. As prophesied to benefit the fierce actions of the final age, the great Dakini wrote in symbolic script on Rakshasa paper, complete with all the branches of inner and outer practice. Vow substances: tasted liberation. Relics of the seven-born conch shell. The life stones of the Dakinis, etc., were hidden in the Kongbu Chulakhang. The secret practice of longevity nectar pills, etc., were hidden in the cave of Blissful Raga Raksha in Padma Bumling. The practice of the Dharma protector, the Lord of Hosts, the life stone, and the life wheel, etc., were hidden in the temple of Brahma Wind Subduer, and entrusted to the inner and outer secret Dharma protectors for safekeeping. When the signs of the time of thirty kara manifested, the incarnation of Prince Lharjé, the great treasure revealer Orgyen Chögyal Lingpa, an emanation of Guru Rinpoche's speech, Dewai Dorje Yeshe Rolpa Tsal, invited them from various places, such as in front of the self-arisen Great Compassionate One in the treasure temple of Buchu in Chim, Kongpo, and made the benefit of beings flourish. Lo! Kyeho! In the exquisite mandala of the dance of compassion, I am eager to enter and seek the attainment of the two siddhis. Therefore, with compassion, please consider and lead me into the great mandala, bestowing initiation and accomplishment. Repeat three times. The granting of permission is: Kriya Ubhaya Yoga and, Maha Anu Ati's, Samaya should be learned. Since the life of initiation depends on the samaya, with the thought of learning well the discipline of the Vajrayana, which is condensed by the general and the special, and the remaining, repeat this. In the exquisite mandala of great compassion, the Pratimoksha vows and, the three trainings of Bodhicitta and, the vows of the holders of Vidyadharas, all of them I will firmly uphold.
