With the certainty of the unerring vajra speech, entering this mandala is also definitely included among the one hundred million who have a connection. In order to generate faith and joy, as an offering to request empowerment, please offer a mandala. Please offer a mandala. As it is said: All dharmas are according to conditions, abiding supremely on the peak of intention. Thus, intention and appearance must be pure. Please visualize me, the vajra acharya, as the majestic manifestation of the body of the noble Avalokiteshvara.
