The source of all secret mantras in the sky, The Secret Mother Dakini, who has become the mother of the Buddhas, Having bestowed empowerment upon you, fortunate one, May you obtain the empowerment of the Secret Mother Dakini Ocean! May you have the power to meditate on the mandala of the deity of appearance and emptiness. May the potential to attain the fruit of the Nirmanakaya be placed in your lineage. Secondly, the empowerment of speech without elaboration. Mantras radiate from the heart of the mandala deity and emerge from the mouth. Entering your mouths, they are placed at the end of the heart-essence letter Hrīḥ. May you be inclined to accomplish the two benefits by radiating and gathering light. May the five poisons be purified by the wisdom of the self-born Dharmadhatu, Having obtained the empowerment of the five bodies and five wisdoms, By bestowing the empowerment of the self-illuminating letter Oṃ, May you obtain the power of the body of the Sugatas of the three times!
