If there is a diligent practitioner with vows, who wishes to practice the Dakini Sea, they should seclude themselves in a solitary place, arrange offerings and tormas, sit in a comfortable seat in the lotus position, take refuge, generate bodhicitta, and accumulate merit. In the main practice, light radiates from Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), in the center of the four-sided, four-doored palace, above the Dharma origin, corpse, lotus, sun, and moon, visualize yourself as the red Secret Wisdom Dakini, with one face, bared fangs, and three eyes, the right hand holding a curved knife, the left hand holding a skull cup of blood, adorned with six bone ornaments, dancing, making the sound of Arali, the pig face on the crown of the head roaring, adorned with charnel ground attire, standing in the middle of flames, the khatvanga trident held under the armpit, with all the dakinis of the four families, standing in the center of the Heroine Sea, on the crown of the lotus on the crown of the head, contemplate Amitayus residing, contemplate the Great Compassionate One in the heart, contemplate the Dharma protectors and guardians below the seat, subduing the sentient beings of the six realms, and placing them all in the Dharma. 相遇吧！ 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 空行海修法白琉璃之文字。 掘藏师多杰林巴之掘藏。 吉祥！ ༈ ༁ྃ！ 护法海修法仪轨。 我等莲花生所示现， 护法海之修法仪轨。 后世若有佛法之敌出现， 马头明王化身金刚善， 此修法能断除敌人性命。 此有前行、正行、后行， 首先前往寂静之岩洞。 在纸上书写林伽， 以敌人之姓名血肉涂抹。 使其与本尊分离并勾招束缚， 置于一个坑洞之中。 其上陈设巨大之红色朵玛， 以及人血、药物与甘露。 之后隔绝内外之界限， 自己安坐于舒适之座垫。 陈设画像并明观， 自己观想为马头明王， 于前方生起护法及其眷属。 观想其依嘱行事， 如仪轨所示赞颂祈请。 此心咒禁语， 日间夜间不断念诵。 嗡 班杂 萨度 萨玛雅 （藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སཱ་དྷུ་ས་མ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र साधु समय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra sādhu samaya，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，善哉，誓言）。 断除敌人性命！ 取出其心！ 停止呼吸！ 亚亚 快快！ 奔奔！ 驱逐恶兆！ 如此精进七日， 则会出现霹雳、闪电、黑人， 甚至会亲自前来善知识。 彼时应以供养款待， 之后于二时或四时， 如此催请行事。 吽！ 马头明王化身金刚善， 安住于虚空之中， 居于海洋之洲， 事业乃断除一切众生之性命。 于此处献上血肉供品朵玛， 请以誓言之力享用， 降临断除违誓之敌人性命！ 座骑为五头狮子， 向敌人降下各种恶兆！ 身着白色犛牛皮甲， 向敌人降下疾病瘟疫！ 右手持田杖， 降临断除敌人七代血脉！ 左手持三叉戟与人心， 降临抽出敌人之命脉！ 龇牙咧嘴凶猛之食肉者， 将敌人游离之魂识拘捕于此！ 享用此血肉红色朵玛， 汝之听命差遣之神变， 有些是断命屠夫之类， 有些是飞禽鸟类， 有些是无身之音声， 示现各种形相之神变， 享用此血肉朵玛， 顷刻间消灭敌人。

The practice method of the Dharma Protector Ocean is present. I, Padmasambhava, have shown the practice method of the Dharma Protector Ocean. If enemies of the Dharma arise in later generations, this practice method of Vajrakila, an emanation of Hayagriva, will cut off the enemy's life. This has preliminary, main, and subsequent parts. First, go to a secluded cave. Write a lingam on paper, smear it with the enemy's name, blood, and impurities. Separate it from the deity and summon and bind it. Place it inside a hole. On top of that, arrange a large red torma, rakta, medicine, and nectar. Then, cut off the outer and inner boundaries, and sit yourself on a comfortable seat. Arrange the painted image and visualize clearly. Visualize yourself as Hayagriva, and generate the Dharma Protector with his retinue in front. Visualize them performing the entrusted activities. Praise and urge them as in the ritual. Recite this essence mantra without speaking, day and night continuously. Om Vajra Sadhu Samaya (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སཱ་དྷུ་ས་མ་ཡ།，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र साधु समय，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra sādhu samaya，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，善哉，誓言). Cut off the enemy's life! Take out the heart! Stop the breath! Ya Ya, run, run! Breng Breng! Release the bad omens! If you strive for seven days, thunder, lightning, black people, and even the virtuous friend himself will come. At that time, attend to the offerings and worship. Then, at two or four o'clock, urge them to act in this way. Hum! Vajrakila, an emanation of Hayagriva, dwells in the expanse of the sky, resides on the island of the ocean, and whose activity is to cut off the lives of all beings. Offer flesh and blood, offerings, and tormas in this place. Please accept them by the power of your samaya, and come to cut off the lives of enemies who have broken their vows! Ride on a five-headed lion, send various bad omens to the enemy! Wear white yak hide armor, send diseases and plagues to the enemy! Hold a field staff in your right hand, come to cut off the enemy's seven generations! Hold a trident and a human heart in your left hand, come to draw out the enemy's life force! You, the fierce flesh-eater with bared fangs, capture the enemy's wandering consciousness here! Accept this flesh and blood red torma, and also your obedient magical powers, some are executioner butchers, some are winged birds, some are disembodied voices, manifest various forms of magical powers, accept this flesh and blood torma, and destroy the enemy in an instant.
