There are ten guiding steps, and the main practice itself has eight guiding steps. Afterwards, Buddhahood is attained through five guiding steps. This is the essence of the teachings, so cherish it. It is important to pay attention to this key instruction. Samaya. Gya, Gya, Gya. The activities are performed according to what is suitable for each individual. The yoga of bathing purifies illnesses and evil spirits. The yoga of food accumulates merit and is used as a path. The yoga of circumambulation leads beings to the path. The yoga of torma offerings uses the two accumulations as a path. The yoga of sleep uses clear light as a path. The yoga of tummo uses cold as a path. Hunger is used as a path, the great essence arises. Fear is used as a path, the practice of Chöd is used as a path. Benefiting others is used as a path, including protection and other rituals. Fire puja is used as a path, the great accumulation of merit. Preventing hail is the great wish-fulfilling jewel. Liberation upon wearing is used as a path, seeing is meaningful. The elements of wind purify the sins of the body. Healing leprosy is the great purification of disease. Healing minor spirits is the great nourishment and increase. Protecting against illness and evil spirits is touching armor. Making supplications is the ocean of blessings. The great vase practice is the protection and reversal of the vase practice. The ritual for the deceased is the seven-branch offering that eliminates all obscurations. Cremating the corpse is the great purification of disease. Making tsa-tsas is the accumulation of merit of the elements. The twenty sections of activities are complete. Fortunate children should practice these well. In summary, there are thirty-seven sections, and with the gathering syllable, there are thirty-eight to accomplish. In this wish-fulfilling jewel that fulfills all needs and desires, all the lineages of the Great Compassionate One are gathered. All the Sugata Buddhas and deities are gathered. Combining this with the "Saving from the Lower Realms," it is like a golden vajra and a turquoise bell, inlaid with the sun, moon, planets, and stars. Therefore, cherish this. Combining this with the "Saving from the Lower Realms," it is like a palace, enjoyment, and householder all complete. Combining this with the "Saving from the Lower Realms," it is like a hero wearing armor and holding a weapon in hand. Combining this with the "Saving from the Lower Realms," it is like a Chakravartin king with prosperous ministers and subjects. Therefore, cherish this.
