To ignite the inner fire: At the junction of the three channels, visualize clearly the essence of the secret wisdom of the mother, the red Caṇḍālī, marked with the red letter ma (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and stimulate it with breath control. Think that sparks of red fire are flashing brilliantly. Unite the breath and awareness. Then, as the fire ignites slightly, and then blazes up, it gradually fills from the navel-below channel, the abdominal chakra, up to the crown. From there, it spreads further, and the three channels and chakras all turn bright red, as if an iron ball were being burned in a fire. From there, with sparks of red fire flashing, the flames gradually spread, filling all the channels of the body. Finally, it pervades everything inside and outside the body. From the sensory gates, such as the pores of the skin, red flames appear. Visualize that everything inside and outside the body, and gradually everything in the external world, starting with the earth and stones, is filled with the blissful nature of the inner fire, and forcefully restrain the breath control. Assume the body-furnace charcoal mudra, strike the abdomen against the spine, curl the toes, and shake all the limbs. Occasionally, forcefully exhale stale air, making a "ha" sound and small strikes. Practice in this way until warmth and bliss arise effortlessly. Then, to accomplish the wisdom of melting bliss: Above the crown chakra, visualize clearly the white mahasukha bindu, the size of a bean, the essence of the father, the Great Compassionate One, marked with the red letter hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,种子字啥). Stimulate it with the fire visualization and breath control as before. A flame like an electric spark shoots down the central channel in a flash of red light. As soon as the crown bindu touches the hrīḥ (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,种子字啥), bliss arises, as if a beautiful young woman were embracing a passionate young man. As a result, the essence from the bindu descends slowly like nectar. The flame is pressed down, and it reaches the navel in a fleeing and chasing manner. Again, the fire blazes up, and the bindu returns upwards. When it reaches the crown, the flow of the bindu is greater than before, and the positions of the four chakras are filled with fire. Think that you are experiencing the supreme, extraordinary, and innate bliss. With breath control, maintain the natural flow in bliss. From this, in order to enhance the experience of bliss and emptiness that arises effortlessly, visualize clearly the three channels, the five chakras, and the deities in the center of the channels, and mingle with the bliss of blazing and dripping.

By doing this, one can stabilize bliss and gain mastery over other bodies. Second, there are five branches. First, merging daytime appearances with illusion: In all session breaks, whatever appears, hold it as the deity's body, like a moon in water, which is the bliss of the burning and dripping of tummo and of one taste, and keep the mind in this state, and let it go like emptiness. Second, merging nighttime appearances with illusion: Merge daytime appearances with dreams. During sleep, gather all the deities of the wheel and dissolve them into the lotus of the throat, the father and mother Avalokiteśvara. As the two enter into equilibrium, visualize the red bindu, the essence of bliss, wind, and mind, blazing with light. Think, "This is a dream," and focus the mind on it, falling asleep in the state of intermediate wind, so that dreams can be recognized. At that time, by practicing and training the deity's body of dripping bliss as if it were an illusion, one can accomplish transformation and see realms, etc. Third, merging sleep with clear light: During the day, train the illusory deity's body in emptiness and remain in a state of utter emptiness. During sleep, gather the deities of the five wheels into the heart, the vajra heart of the father and mother Avalokiteśvara. Because the father and mother enter into equilibrium, visualize the blue bindu, clear, empty, and extremely subtle, and gather the wind and mind into it, binding it and remaining in a state of non-grasping. Through the stages of absorption of sleep, one can maintain the state of primordial clear light. Fourth, merging the ḍākinī with the expanse of awareness: In the center of one's own body, visualize the dhūti like a crystal pillar, with the lower end rounded at the navel base; the upper end extends through the star window of the Brahma aperture, and above it, on the back, on a lotus, sun, and moon seat, visualize the guru, the lord of the family, Amitābha, happily residing. In the heart, focus the mind on the essence of the inseparable wind and mind, the red(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥)burning like a lamp. When the experience of the gathering of wind and mind arises, strongly pray to the guru on the crown of the head, and from his heart, a hook of light extends down the central channel. It wraps around the "ི་" of(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:啥)and pulls it upwards. Urge it on with the fierce sound of "ཧིཀ་", and like a shooting star, it dissolves into the guru's heart. Visualize the guru Amitābha's heart and the emptiness of the dharmakāya, and the clear aspect of one's own wind and awareness, merging inseparably like water into water, and push the wind upwards, then
