་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ལ་ཕོག །མཆོད་པས་མཉེས། སྐུའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་པོའི་རྣམ་པས་ཚུར་བྱོན་ནས་རང་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་སྐུའི་དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་པ་ཐོབ། ཡང་འོད་འཕྲོས་ཁམས་གསུམ་གྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕོག་པས་ལུས་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་བག་ཆགས་དང་བཅས་པ་སྦྱང་། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ལུས་དབང་དུ་འདུས། སྐུའི་གདུལ་བྱར་གྱུར་པར་བསམ་ལ་བཟླ། སྤྱི་གཙུག་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་སྲོག་སྔགས་འཁོར་དང་བཅས་པ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོ་པདྨ་རཱ་གའི་མདངས་ལྟ་བུ་ནམ་མཁའ་ཁྱབ་པ་འཕྲོས། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་གསུང་ལ་ཕོག །མཆོད་པས་མཉེས། གསུང་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་འོད་ཟེར་དམར་པོའི་རྣམ་པས་ཚུར་བྱོན་ནས་རང་དང་རིགས་བདག་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་གསུང་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་པ་ཐོབ། ཡང་འོད་འཕྲོས། ཁམས་གསུམ་གྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕོག་པས་ངག་གི་སྒྲིབ་པ་བག་ཆགས་དང་བཅས་པ་སྦྱང་། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ངག་དབང་དུ་འདུས། གསུང་གི་གདུལ་བྱར་གྱུར་པར་བསམ་ལ་བཟླ། ཙིཏྟའི་སྒོ་སྲུང་རྟ་མགྲིན་གྱི་ཐུགས་སྲོག་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་དང་བཅས་པ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་མཐིང་ཁ་ བཻཌཱུརྱ་ཞུན་མའི་མདངས་ལྟ་བུ་ནམ་མཁའ་ཁྱབ་པ་འཕྲོས། ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་དང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ལ་ཕོག །མཆོད་པས་མཉེས། ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་འོད་ཟེར་མཐིང་གའི་རྣམ་པས་ཚུར་བྱོན་པས་རང་དང་རྟ་མགྲིན་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དངོས་གྲུབ་མ་ལུས་པ་ཐོབ། ཡང་འོད་འཕྲོས། ཁམས་གསུམ་གྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕོག་པས་ཡིད་ཀྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་བག་ཆགས་དང་བཅས་པ་སྦྱང་། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཡིད་དབང་དུ་འདུས། ཐུགས་ཀྱི་གདུལ་བྱར་གྱུར་པར་བསམ་ལ་ཡིག་དྲུག་བཟླའོ། །གཉིས་པ་ནང་ཟབ་མོ་སྐུ་གསུམ་རྫོགས་པ་དགྲ་བགེགས་ཚར་གཅོད་ཀྱི་བཟླས་པ་ནི། བདག་ཉིད་ལྷ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཐུགས་ཀའི་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་ལས་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་སྤྲུལ་པའི་ཁྲོ་ཆུང་དཀར་དམར་མཐིང་གསུམ་མཚོན་ཆ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཐོགས་པ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་སེར་དྲག་བབས་པ་ལྟ་བུ་འཕྲོས། ཞལ་ནས་ཕཊ་སྒྲ་དྲག་པོ་སྒྲོག་ཅིང་ཚ་ཚ་སྐར་མ་ལྟར་འཁྲུགས་པས་སྟོང་གསུམ་བཀང་། ཞི་བས་མི་འདུལ་བའི་བདུད་དང་འབྱུང་པོ་ལོག་འདྲེན་དགྲ་བགེགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་དྲག་ཏུ་རྡུང་ཞིང་ཚར་བཅད། དེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་བཀའ་སྡོད་དང་བྲན་ཁོལ་བྱེད་པར་བསམ་ལ་ཡི་གེ་བཅུ་གཅིག་པ་བཟླའོ། ། གསུམ་པ་གསང་བ་ཡང་སྙིང་སྲོག་མཐའ་ཅན་ཉམས་རྟོགས་སྤར་བའི་བཟླས་པ་ནི། གཙོ་དང་འཁོར་དུ་བཅས་པའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་ཐམས

击中了他的身体。以供养使之欢喜。所有身之成就，都以白光的形式前来融入自身，从而获得了所有身之成就。光芒再次照射，击中三界的一切众生，从而清净了身体的业障及其习气。一切众生的身体都被掌控。观想成为身的所化之境而念诵。顶髻无量寿佛的心咒，连同咒轮，放射出如红莲宝石般鲜红的光芒，遍布虚空。击中十方诸佛及其眷属的语。以供养使之欢喜。所有语之成就，都以红光的形式前来融入自身和本尊，从而获得了所有语之成就。光芒再次照射。击中三界的一切众生，从而清净了语的业障及其习气。一切众生的语都被掌控。观想成为语的所化之境而念诵。自性的门卫马头明王的心咒，连同咒鬘，放射出如精炼青金石般湛蓝的光芒，遍布虚空。击中十方诸佛及其眷属的心。以供养使之欢喜。所有心之成就，都以蓝光的形式前来，融入自身和马头明王，从而获得了所有心之成就。光芒再次照射。击中三界的一切众生，从而清净了意的业障及其习气。一切众生的意都被掌控。观想成为意的所化之境而念诵六字真言。第二，内在甚深圆满三身，诛灭怨敌魔障的念诵是：自身三尊心间的咒鬘，放射出无数身语意之化身，白色、红色、蓝色三种忿怒尊，手持各种兵器，如猛烈的冰雹般降临。口中发出猛烈的“呸 (藏文：ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：呸)”声，如流星般搅动，充满三千世界。对于无法以寂静调伏的魔和鬼神、邪恶的引诱者、所有怨敌魔障的身语意三门，猛烈地击打并诛灭。观想他们都成为听命者和奴仆，而念诵十一字明咒。第三，秘密中的精华，具有命终之义，增长觉受证悟的念诵是：所有主尊和眷属的本尊

It strikes the body. Pleased by offerings. All the accomplishments of the body come forth in the form of white light and dissolve into oneself, thereby obtaining all the accomplishments of the body. Again, the light radiates and strikes all sentient beings of the three realms, thereby purifying the obscurations of the body along with their habitual tendencies. The bodies of all sentient beings are brought under control. Contemplate becoming the object of taming of the body and recite. From the heart essence mantra wheel of Amitayus on the crown of the head, red light like the brilliance of a ruby radiates, filling the sky. It strikes the speech of the Buddhas and their retinues of the ten directions. Pleased by offerings. All the accomplishments of speech come forth in the form of red light and dissolve into oneself and the lineage master, thereby obtaining all the accomplishments of speech. Again, the light radiates. It strikes all sentient beings of the three realms, thereby purifying the obscurations of speech along with their habitual tendencies. The speech of all sentient beings is brought under control. Contemplate becoming the object of taming of speech and recite. From the heart essence mantra garland of Hayagriva, the gatekeeper of citta, blue light like the brilliance of refined lapis lazuli radiates, filling the sky. It strikes the minds of the Buddhas and their retinues of the ten directions. Pleased by offerings. All the accomplishments of mind come forth in the form of blue light and dissolve into oneself and Hayagriva, thereby obtaining all the accomplishments of mind. Again, the light radiates. It strikes all sentient beings of the three realms, thereby purifying the obscurations of mind along with their habitual tendencies. The minds of all sentient beings are brought under control. Contemplate becoming the object of taming of mind and recite the six-syllable mantra. Second, the inner profound completion of the three kayas, the recitation for destroying enemies and obstacles is: From the mantra garland at the heart of the three deities of oneself, emanate countless wrathful ones, white, red, and blue, holding various weapons, like a fierce hailstorm descending. From their mouths, they utter the fierce sound "Phat (藏文：ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：फट्，梵文罗马拟音：phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Phat)", stirring like meteors, filling the three thousand worlds. For the demons and spirits, evil tempters, and all enemies and obstacles who cannot be subdued by peaceful means, fiercely strike and destroy their three doors of body, speech, and mind. Contemplate that they all become obedient servants and slaves, and recite the eleven-syllable mantra. Third, the secret innermost essence, possessing the meaning of life's end, the recitation for increasing experience and realization is: All the deities, including the main deity and the retinue,
