་ཉམས་ཆགས་བསལ་དུ་གསོལ༔ འཁོར་བའི་འདམ་ནས་དྲང་དུ་གསོལ༔ དུག་ལྔ་དུག་གསུམ་གཞོམ་དུ་གསོལ༔ དགྲ་བགེགས་བར་ཆད་བསལ་དུ་གསོལ༔ ཨཱོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ཞེས་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་སྤྲུལ་པའི་ལྷ་མོ་མང་པོས་གླུ་དབྱངས་ཀྱིས་བསྟོད་པས་སྐུ་སྔར་བས་ཀྱང་གསལ་ལ་གཟི་བྱིན་ཆེ་བར་བསམ། དེ་ནས་བཟླས་པ་བྱ་བ་ལ་གསུམ། བདག་དོན། གཞན་དོན། མཁའ་ཁྱབ་ཀྱི་བཟླས་པའོ། །དང་པོ་ནི། བདག་ཉིད་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོར་གསལ་བའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཟླ་བའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་སྟེང་དུ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་ཚོན་གང་བ༔ ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་རྒྱན་མེད་པའི་ཐུགས་ཀར༔ དཔལ་བེའུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཟུར་དྲུག་ལ༔ དབུས་ན་ཧྲཱིཿདཀར་པོ་ཟུར་དྲུག་ལ་ཨཱོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ཅེས་བཀོད་ལ། འཛབ་བཟླས་པས༔ འོད་ཟེར་རྣམ་པ་ལྔའམ་དྲུག་ཕར་འཕྲོས་པས༔ བདེ་བར་གཤེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ལ་ཕོག་པས༔ མཉེས་པའི་མཆོད་པ་ཕུལ༔ ཁམས་གསུམ་གྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ལ་ཕོག་པས༔ སྒོ་གསུམ་གྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་སྦྱངས༔ འོད་ཟེར་ཚུར་འདུས་བདག་ལ་ཐིམ་པས༔ ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་གྱི་སྒྲིབ་པ་གཏན་ནས་ བྱང༔ ལུས་ཤེལ་སྒོང་ཕྱིས་པ་ལྟར་སང་སང་སོང་བར་བསམ་ལ༔ཡིག་དྲུག་བཟླ། གཉིས་པ་གཞན་དོན་ནི། བདག་གི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་ཁ་དོག་དྲུག་ཏུ་འཕྲོས་པས༔ རིགས་དྲུག་ཡབ་ཡུམ་ལ་ཕོག་ནས་འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་ལ་བསྐུལ༔ རིགས་དྲུག་གི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་ཐུབ་པ་དྲུག་ལ་འཕྲོས་པས༔ འགྲོ་བའི་དོན་ལ་བསྐུལ་ནས༔ འགྲོ་དྲུག་གི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གཏན་ནས་བྱང་ནས༔ སྐྱེ་བའི་སྒོ་བཀག་ནས་འཁོར་བའི་གནས་སྟོང་པར་བསམ༔ ནམ་མཁས་གར་ཁྱབ་འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས་ཁྱབ། དེར་གནས་པའི་འགྲོ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་འདུལ་བར་མོས་ལ་བཟླ། གསུམ་པ་མཁའ་ཁྱབ་ཀྱི་ཟླས་པ་ནི། སྟོང་གསུམ་གྱི་སྟོང་ཆེན་པོའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་སམ་གཞལ་ཡས་ཁང༔ གཟུགས་སུ་སྣང་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྐུ་སྣང་ལ་རང་བཞིན་མེད་པ་མེ་ལོང་གི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་ལྟ་བུ། སྒྲར་གྲགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་གསུང་གྲགས་སྟོང་བྲག་ཆ་ལྟ་བུ༔ སེམས་ཀྱི་དྲན་རྟོག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོའི་ཐུགས་གསལ་སྟོང་ནམ་མཁའི་དབྱིངས་ལྟ་བུར་བསམ་པ་སྟེ་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དགོངས་པ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ངང་ནས་བཟླ། བཟླས་པའི་མཐར་འཛབ་བསྟོད་བྱ་བ་ནི། ཨཱོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ༔ ཨཱོཾ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་དང་སྐུ་ལྔར་ལྡན༔ ཐུགས་རྗེ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཀྱི་སྐུ༔ མ་ཀུན་ལ་བྱམས་ཤིང་བུ་ལྟར་བརྩེ༔ ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་མ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་སྐུ༔ ཎི་དངོས

祈请消除违犯和破损！祈请从轮回的泥潭中救拔！祈请摧毁五毒和三毒！祈请消除邪魔障碍！嗡（藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）嘛（藏文：མ་ཎི་，梵文天城体：मणि，梵文罗马拟音：maṇi，汉语字面意思：嘛呢）呢（藏文：པདྨེ་，梵文天城体：पद्मे，梵文罗马拟音：padme，汉语字面意思：呗美）吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！如是，从心间化现的众多天女以歌声赞颂，观想本尊身比之前更加明亮，光彩夺目。之后，念诵分为三种：自利、利他、以及遍虚空的念诵。第一，自利：观想自身明观为大悲尊，在心间月轮之上，安住着智慧勇识，身色饱满，一面二臂，无有装饰，在心间，有六瓣的珍宝莲花，中央是白色舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ），六瓣上书写着嗡（藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）嘛（藏文：མ་ཎི་，梵文天城体：मणि，梵文罗马拟音：maṇi，汉语字面意思：嘛呢）呢（藏文：པདྨེ་，梵文天城体：पद्मे，梵文罗马拟音：padme，汉语字面意思：呗美）吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。念诵咒语，放射出五种或六种光芒，照射到一切善逝的身上，献上令其欢喜的供养；照射到三界众生身上，清净三门的业障；光芒收摄融入自身，彻底清净身语意三门的业障，观想身体如同擦拭过的水晶球一般清澈透明，然后念诵六字真言。第二，利他：从自身心间放射出六种颜色的光芒，照射到六道父母身上，策励他们行持利益众生的事业；从六道众生的心间放射光芒，照射到六能仁身上，策励他们行持利益众生的事业，从而彻底清净六道众生的痛苦，关闭出生的门，观想轮回之处空无一物，虚空遍布，光芒遍布，信解调伏安住于其中的一切众生，然后念诵。第三，遍虚空的念诵：观想三千大千世界的整个世间界，都是大悲尊的刹土或宫殿；一切显现的色法，都是大悲尊的身相，显而无自性，如同镜中的影像；一切发出的声音，都是大悲尊的语声，空灵如同山谷的回音；一切心中的念头，都是大悲尊的意，光明空性如同虚空的法界，以身语意的意念而念诵。念诵完毕后，赞颂咒语：嗡（藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）嘛（藏文：མ་ཎི་，梵文天城体：मणि，梵文罗马拟音：maṇi，汉语字面意思：嘛呢）呢（藏文：པདྨེ་，梵文天城体：पद्मे，梵文罗马拟音：padme，汉语字面意思：呗美）吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुम्，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！嗡（藏文：ཨཱོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）具足五种智慧和五身，大悲观世音菩萨的身相，如慈母般关爱一切众生，如同对待自己的孩子一样，六字真言即是本尊之身！呢（藏文：ཎི་），真实。

Please purify the impairments and breakages! Please deliver us from the swamp of samsara! Please destroy the five poisons and three poisons! Please eliminate enemies, obstacles, and hindrances! Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ! Thus, visualize that numerous goddesses emanated from your heart praise you with songs, making your form even clearer and more radiant than before. Then, there are three types of recitation: for oneself, for others, and all-pervading recitation. First, for oneself: Visualize yourself clearly as the Great Compassionate One, with a wisdom being of complete color residing on a moon disc in your heart, one face, two arms, without ornaments. In your heart, there is a six-petaled precious lotus, with a white Hrīḥ in the center and Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ inscribed on the six petals. As you recite the mantra, five or six rays of light emanate outwards, striking the bodies, speech, and minds of all the Sugatas, offering them pleasing offerings. Striking the sentient beings of the three realms, purifying the obscurations of the three doors. The rays of light converge back and dissolve into you, completely purifying the obscurations of body, speech, and mind. Visualize your body becoming clear and transparent like a polished crystal ball, and then recite the six-syllable mantra. Second, for others: From your heart, rays of light of six colors emanate, striking the fathers and mothers of the six realms, urging them to work for the benefit of beings. From the hearts of the beings of the six realms, rays of light emanate, striking the six Thubpas (Buddhas), urging them to work for the benefit of beings, thereby completely purifying the suffering of the six realms, closing the doors of birth, and visualizing the places of samsara as empty. The sky is pervaded, and light pervades. Believe that you are taming all the beings residing there, and then recite. Third, the all-pervading recitation: Visualize the entire realm of the three thousand great thousand world systems as the pure land or palace of the Great Compassionate One. All visible forms are the body of the Great Compassionate One, appearing but without inherent existence, like reflections in a mirror. All audible sounds are the speech of the Great Compassionate One, resounding empty like echoes in a valley. All thoughts and concepts of the mind are the mind of the Great Compassionate One, clear and empty like the expanse of the sky. Recite with the intention of body, speech, and mind. At the end of the recitation, praise the mantra: Oṃ Maṇi Padme Hūṃ! Oṃ, endowed with five wisdoms and five bodies, the form of the compassionate Avalokiteśvara, loving all beings like a kind mother, cherishing them like her own children, the six-syllable mantra is the very form of the deity! ṇi, the reality.
