拉，吽！ 诸佛之八识聚中，手印八大菩萨，以八识聚清净之灌顶，令八识聚之境清净，愿得八大菩萨之灌顶！那摩菩提萨瓦嘎巴匝瓦卡巴匝雅阿比钦匝阿！ 八大明妃之身显现，吽！ 诸佛之智慧中，手印八大明妃显现，以境相清净之灌顶，令六聚境相之境清净，愿得八大明妃之灌顶！布施，香，灯，涂香，食物，声音，饮水，洗足水，嘎巴拉嘉那帕嘎拉匝匝阿比钦匝阿！ 六能仁显现，吽！ 诸佛之大悲中，手印六能仁显现，以行六道利益之灌顶，令轮回无余空尽，愿得六能仁之灌顶！牟尼 恰 耶 吽 吽 扎 智玛！尼 吽 扎 匝阿比钦匝阿！ 门母之身显现，吽！ 诸佛之事业中，手印四门母显现，以四事业之灌顶，令勾召、束缚、禁锢、解脱之事业成就，愿得四门母之灌顶！匝 吽 邦 霍 阿比钦匝玛！ 霍！愿三世诸佛之身语意功德事业圆满之灌顶具足！ 此后以寿命长寿穗食子作灌顶，故 作如是观想：五寿命长寿穗，五部各异，以及寿命食子部总集无量光佛主眷之自性，于您自身之各处作灌顶。于五处，五部之勇士，由五字所生之五执持物，各自之种子字等，心间金刚交杵，脐间盛满甘露之宝瓶，其中命依（藏文：སྲོག་རྟེན།）勃隆（藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूम्，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：勃隆）字放光，以此等印玺封印，成为身语意功德事业无尽，获得庄严轮之寿命灌顶之信解。中央之寿命穗置于顶门，嗡！ 所有诸佛之，虚空秘密之嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）所生，以嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）轮作灌顶，赐予身之殊胜大灌顶！嗡 佛陀 嘎拉夏 阿比钦匝 嗡！西方之寿命食子置于喉间，舍！所有诸佛之，莲花秘密之舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）所生，以莲花舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）作灌顶，语之

From the eight aggregates of all Buddhas, the mudrā eight Bodhisattvas, with the empowerment of the eight aggregates' purification, may the realm of the eight aggregates of consciousness be purified, may the empowerment of the eight Bodhisattvas be obtained! Namo Bodhi Sarva Kapa Tsawa Khapa Tsaya Abhiṣiñca Ā! The body of the eight consorts appears, Hūṃ! From the wisdom of all Buddhas, the mudrā eight consorts appear clearly, with the empowerment of purifying the appearance of objects, may the realm of the six aggregates' appearance of objects be purified, may the empowerment of the eight consorts be obtained! Puṣpe Dhūpe Āloke Gandhe Naividya Śabda Arghaṃ Pādyaṃ Ka bhara jñā pha ga la jaḥ Abhiṣiñca Ā! The six Thubpas appear, Hūṃ! From the compassion of all Buddhas, the mudrā six Thubpas appear clearly, with the empowerment of accomplishing the benefit of the six realms, may saṃsāra be emptied without remainder, may the empowerment of the six Thubpas be obtained! Mune Kṣaṃ Ye Hūṃ Hūṃ Trāṃ Tri Ma! Nṛ Hūṃ Trāṃ Jaḥ Abhiṣiñca Ā! The body of the gatekeepers appears, Hūṃ! From the activity of all Buddhas, the mudrā four gatekeepers arise, with the empowerment of the four activities, may the activities of attracting, binding, restraining, and liberating be accomplished, may the empowerment of the four gatekeepers be obtained! Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ Abhiṣiñca Māṃ! Ho! May you be endowed with the empowerment that completely perfects the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all Buddhas of the three times! Thereafter, since the empowerment is given with the Tsering (long life) spike torma, Visualize in this way: The five Tsering spikes, each of the five families, and the Tsering torma, the nature of the assembly of Amitābha, the collection of families, empower each of your places.
