Having clarified the body as being free from turbidity, with the moon as a backdrop, focusing sequentially on the subtle and coarse parts of the body, and becoming accustomed to it, without distraction to the entire body, abiding in equanimity as it is, this is the second session of Dharma. Then, in the order of reciting the mantra, visualize that from the golden HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Seed syllable Hrih) on the moon mandala in your heart, rays of light emanate. The compassion, blessings, life essence of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in all directions and times, together with the essence of the five elements and the three realms, are all gathered in the form of siddhis and dissolve into oneself. Think of this life essence as follows: Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih), Vajra (藏文:བཛྲ,梵文天城体:वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:vajra,汉语字面意思:Vajra), Ayushe (藏文:ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་,梵文天城体:आयुषे,梵文罗马拟音:āyuṣe,汉语字面意思:Life), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), Bhrum (藏文:བྷྲཱུྃ,梵文天城体:भ्रूं,梵文罗马拟音:bhrūṃ,汉语字面意思:Bhrum), Nri (藏文:ནྲྀཿ,梵文天城体:नृ,梵文罗马拟音:nṛ,汉语字面意思:Nri), Jah (藏文:ཛཿ,梵文天城体:जः,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ,汉语字面意思:Jah), Siddhi (藏文:སིདྡྷི་,梵文天城体:सिद्धि,梵文罗马拟音:siddhi,汉语字面意思:Accomplishment), Phala (藏文:ཕ་ལ་,梵文天城体:फल,梵文罗马拟音:phala,汉语字面意思:Fruit), Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah). Recite this without distraction as much as possible. The benefits of this are as follows: Recite one hundred and eight times each day. If you recite in this way continuously, your lifespan will be stable and long. At the time of death, you will be born in Sukhavati in the west, in the presence of Amitabha Buddha. Do not have any doubts about this. Thus it is said. This is the third session of Dharma. Then, the stage of completion is as follows: In your heart, on a red lotus, on that moon mandala, visualize the Bhagavan Amitayus and Jnana Amitabha in union, in the posture of vajra and lotus. White like the moon, like crystal, holding a vase of life, complete with the ornaments of the Sambhogakaya. Holding the kumbhaka breath, from the union of the father and mother, nectar, a mixture of white and red, falls like freshly squeezed milk from the village. The entire inside of the body is filled with it, and the pores of the skin are filled with tiny fragments like half a vajra. Think that profound, clear, great bliss wisdom is born in your mind. Strive to hold the kumbhaka breath as much as possible. Finally, abide in equanimity as it is, in the original, natural state of self-awareness, free from the three concepts, without object, and relaxed. The benefits of this are also said to be: Diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles to life will not occur at any time. Obstacles to untimely death are caused by the disturbance of the essence of the elements, which causes obstacles to life. Therefore, if you meditate on this object, the elements will not be disturbed continuously, and you will not die for a hundred years. Thus it is said, this is the fourth session of Dharma. End.

Like the Pure Land of Sukhavati, a vessel-world, and all the sentient beings within it, possessing immeasurable life and wisdom. All sounds heard are the indestructible self-sound of life. All memories and discriminations operate in the self-liberated, natural state of dharmata, and the practice of the arising and subsiding of luminosity is performed frequently. At night, when sleeping, in the center of the light-sphere of one's heart, within a clear and immaculate drop like a mirror, the scene of Sukhavati appears clearly like a reflection, and in the center of that, the form of Amitayus is visualized. Without letting the mind wander, practice repeatedly. Also, firmly hold the intention to see the Pure Land of Sukhavati in dreams. By persisting in this way, one will see the Pure Land of Sukhavati and Buddha Amitabha in dreams. This is the fifth session of sleep yoga in the subsequent stages of the essential points of the path. Thus, these five sessions are practices in accordance with the unsurpassable tantra, the stages of inner practice, the method of taking the enjoyment body of the Buddha as the path through devotion; this is the second stage. Now, the third general topic is the actual practice of the completion stage. At the beginning of the session, perform refuge, bodhicitta, the seven-branch offering, purification of obscurations, and receiving the four empowerments as before. On the meditation cushion, arrange the body in the seven-point posture of Vairochana, exhale three times to expel stale air, and then let the breath flow naturally. With eyes half-closed and half-open, without moving or swaying, focus on the sky free of clouds, or on seamless darkness. In this state, the mind is relaxed without any specific object of focus; natural without any fabrication; primordial without any contrivance; and clear, avoiding the extremes of uncertainty and conceptual proliferation. Thus, abide in a state possessing these four characteristics. By meditating in this way for a long time, inconceivable appearances and experiences will arise. To all these appearances and experiences, do not have any joy, pride, conceit, or contempt, but recognize them as the natural radiance of awareness, and knowingly integrate them into the path. This is the first practice session. Then, visualize oneself as the Bhagavan Amitayus, the form appearing but without inherent existence, like a reflection in a mirror. Exhale three times to expel stale air, and then let the breath flow naturally. When inhaling, visualize a white Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) with rays of light entering from the left nostril. When it remains inside, visualize a red Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah)
