Absorbing into the Lama, visualize the root Lama residing in the form of Vajrasattva directly above your crown, from whose body a stream of nectar descends, purifying all sins and obscurations of the three doors, flesh, blood, and bones. Visualize your own body as a flawless crystal ball, and recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra as much as possible. Finally, offer praise and confession, and the Lama Vajrasattva dissolves into you from the Brahma aperture, abiding in a state of non-duality and non-conceptualization for a moment. Afterwards, dedicate the merit. Then, entering the actual practice of purification of the field, in the west in front of you, slightly above this Saha world, visualize the Sukhavati Pure Land of the Buddha, immeasurably vast and round in shape, like a mandala placed in space. Remembering the great qualities of that field as described in the Infinite Light Sutra, with faith, clearly visualize the Pure Land, and in the center of the Pure Land, on a marvelous throne made of precious jewels, the complete and perfect Buddha, the Bhagavan Amitabha, possessing the appearance of the supreme Nirmanakaya, wearing the three Dharma robes, with hands in the meditation mudra, holding a lapis lazuli begging bowl filled with nectar, complete with all the marks and signs, the crown of the head invisible, radiating immeasurable light, facing the Bodhi tree behind him. Meditate that he is surrounded by immeasurable Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Shravakas, and Pratyekabuddhas. In this Saha world, I abide in various forms, prostrating to the protector Amitabha by casting the five limbs to the ground, and visualize my own body transforming into dust-like particles, with all sentient beings of the six realms prostrating. Recite: Namo Manjushriye Svaha (藏文, 梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音, 汉语字面意思), Namo Uttama Shriye Svaha (藏文, 梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音, 汉语字面意思), Namah Sushriye Svaha (藏文, 梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音, 汉语字面意思). Offer by dividing into sections, reciting hundreds or thousands of times as much as possible, this is the first short session. Again, visualize the protector Amitabha surrounded by the Thirty-Five Buddhas. In front of that Buddha, remember the sins and obscurations accumulated by oneself and all other sentient beings from beginningless time, especially the sins accumulated in this life, confessing and repenting from the mouth with intense remorse, and vowing not to commit them again in the future, recite the Sutra of the Three Aggregates, that is, the Bodhi Confession of Downfalls, reciting and prostrating as much as possible, this is the second session.

It is the second session. Then, visualizing oneself as a Bodhisattva like a Chakravartin, recite the seven-branch offering from the "Bhadrakalpika Sutra" with clear intention many times, which is the third session. Then, perform the Mandala offering, visualizing oneself as Arya Jambhala clearly. Externally, visualize the wealth of gods and humans in the entire world; internally, visualize all the desired enjoyments of beings, including one's enemies, friends, and neutral parties; in between, visualize one's body, life, lifespan, merit, and both conditioned and unconditioned accumulations of virtue, not just in words, but from the depths of one's heart, offering them to the protector Amitabha and his retinue. Recite: "I and others, body, speech, and mind, all the accumulations of virtue of the three times, the excellent jewel Mandala, along with the gatherings of Samantabhadra's offerings. With intention, I offer to the Gurus and Three Jewels. Please accept with compassion and bless me." And so on, recite as many common Mandala rituals and words as possible, offering with clear intention, which is the fourth session. Thus, combining the four short sessions into one long session is the order of training the mind in the path of accumulation, the first Dharma session. Visualize one's own Jambhala body as clear and bright, in the center of the body, like an upward-sloping red conch shell, like clear crystal, free from impurities, at the heart center, there is a very bright white bindu of consciousness, about the size of a skylark's egg. In Sukhavati, visualize a precious lotus flower, one bud, in front of Buddha Amitabha. Then, perform the seven-branch offering several times as before, which is the first session. Then, visualize a white ray of light like a crystal tube emanating from the urna of Buddha Amitabha's forehead, entering one's body, giving rise to immeasurable joy and bliss, which is the second session. Again, from the urna of Victorious Amitabha, a thin, sharp ray of light with a sharp tip like an iron hook comes out from the previous light tube. Passing down from one's Brahma aperture, as soon as it touches the bindu at the heart center, it is immediately hooked and lifted. In an instant, it is taken to Sukhavati, and the bindu merges into the center of the lotus in front, and the light tube gradually disappears. The outer body gradually increases in height and size, rising into the sky, transforming into a great cloud of offerings.
