་པོ་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོ་བཞིན་ལྟེ་བར་སྣང་བ་དང་། ཕྱིར་དབྱུང་ཚེ་ཧཱུྃ་མཐིང་ག་འོད་ཟེར་དང་བཅས་སྣ་བུག་གཡས་ནས་ཐོན་པ་ལ་ཡིད་མ་ཡེངས་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བྱས་པས། ཡོན་ཏན་ཁྱད་པར་འཕགས་པ་རྣམས་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་ཏེ་ཆོས་ཐུན་གཉིས་པའོ། །ཡང་རང་ཉིད་ཚེ་འོད་དཔག་མེད་སྐུའི་ནང་དབུས་སུ་རྩ་ཨ་ཝ་དྷཱུ་ཏི་ཕྱི་དཀར་ནང་དམར། སྲབ་དྭངས་རྙོག་པ་མེད་པ་མདའ་སྨྱུག་འབྲིང་པོ་ཙམ་ཡར་ སྣེ་ཚངས་པའི་སྒོ །མར་སྣ་ལྟེ་འོག་སོར་བརྒྱད་དུ་བརྟན་ཅིང་ཤིན་ཏུ་དྲང་བ། ཡས་སྣ་ལ་ཉེ་བར་ཧྲཱིཿདཀར་པོ་མགོ་བོ་ཐུར་དུ་བསྟན་པ། ལྟེ་འོག་སོར་བཞིའི་མཚམས་སུ་ཧྲཱིཿདམར་པོ། སྙིང་གར་ཧྲཱིཿམཐིང་ག་རྣམས་གསལ་ཞིང་། རླུང་བཟུང་བ་དབུ་མའི་མས་སྣ་ནས་ཞུགས་ཏེ་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་དམར་པོ་ལ་ཕོག་པས་གཏུམ་མོའི་མེ་འབར། སྙིང་གའི་ཧྲཱིཿཕུག་སྤྱི་བོའི་ཧྲཱིཿལ་རེག་པས་དེ་ལས་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱུན་བྱུང་། སྙིང་གའི་ཧྲཱིཿལ་ཕོག་གཟི་འོད་ཤིན་ཏུ་འབར་ཞིང་། དེ་ལས་བརྒྱུད་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྒྱུན་ལྟེ་བའི་ཧྲཱིཿལ་བབ་པའི་འབར་འཛག་སྐྲ་ཤད་འཛིངས་པ་ལྟ་བུ་བར་མཚམས་མེད་པ་ལ་སེམས་གཏད་བཞིན་རླུང་སྦྱོར་ཅི་ནུས་དང་། ལུས་སྦྱོང་ཡང་བྱ་ལ། ཐུན་མཐར་རྣམ་པར་མི་རྟོག་པའི་རིག་པ་ནམ་མཁའ་ལྟར་རྒྱ་ཡན་དུ་བཞག་པ་སྟེ་ཆོས་ཐུན་གསུམ་པའོ། །རང་ཉིད་ཚེ་འོད་དཔག་མེད་དུ་གསལ་བའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་དང་བཅས་པ་སྐབས་གཉིས་པར་བཤད་བཞིན་གསལ་བཏབ་སེམས་ཅི་གནས་སུ་བཟུང་། དེ་ནས་རང་གི་གདན་རྒྱབ་ཡོལ་རྒྱན་ཆ་རྣམས་སྐུ་ལ་ཐིམ། ལྷ་སྐུ་ཡང་མེ་ལོང་ལ་ཧས་བཏབ་པ་ལྟར་དབུས་སུ་འདུས་པ་སྙིང་གའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་ལ་ཐིམ། ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའི་རྒྱན་སོགས་སྐུ་དང་། སྐུ་ཐུགས་ ཀའི་ཧྲཱིཿཡིག་ལ་ཐིམ། དེའི་རྣམ་བཅད་ར་ཡིག་དང་། དེ་ཧ། དེ་གི་གུ་ལ་ཐིམ། དེ་ནཱ་དའི་རང་བཞིན་ཏུ་ཇེ་ཕྲ་ཇེ་ཕྲ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཕྲ་བ། སྐྲ་རྩེ་བརྒྱ་སྟོང་གི་ཚད་ཙམ་ནས་ཡལ་བར་བསམ་ལ། སེམས་དམིགས་མེད་སྤྲོས་བྲལ་ངང་དུ་ཅི་ནུས་བཞག །སླར་ཡང་སྔར་ལྟར་ལྷ་སྐུ་སེམས་དཔའ་སུམ་བརྩེགས་སུ་གསལ་ནས་ཡང་སྡུད་པ་ལ་གོང་བཞིན་ཡང་ནས་ཡང་དུ་བསླབ་པ་ནི། རིལ་འཛིན་གྱི་འོད་གསལ་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་དུ་བསྡུ་བ་སྟེ་ཆོས་ཐུན་བཞི་པའོ། །ཡང་སྔར་བཞིན་སེམས་དཔའ་སུམ་བརྩེགས་སུ་གསལ་བའི་ཏིང་འཛིན་སེམས་དཔའ་ཧྲཱིཿལས་འོད་ཟེར་འཕྲོས། ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ་ལ་ཕོག །ཤིན་ཏུ་འཚེར་བའི་སྐུ་དེའི་འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས་དམ་ཚིག་སེམས་དཔའ་ལ་ཕོག །རབ་ཏུ་གསལ་བའི་འོད་ཀྱིས་འཇིག

呼气时，吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）蓝色光芒从右鼻孔发出，不要分心，一心一意，殊胜功德便会在相续中生起，这是第二座。再次，自己观想为无量光佛身，身内中央有梵穴脉，外白内红，纤细清澈无垢，如中等箭杆般，上端通梵穴之门，下端稳固于脐下八指处，非常正直。上端附近有白色舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍），头朝下。脐下四指处有红色舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍），心间有蓝色舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍），都清晰可见。屏住呼吸，气从梵穴脉下端进入，触及红色舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字，拙火燃烧。心间的舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字触及头顶的舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字，从中降下甘露之流。触及心间的舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字，光芒万丈，从中流出的甘露之流滴落到脐间的舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字上，如燃烧滴落，如梳理头发般连绵不断，心专注于此，尽力进行气脉修习，也要进行身体锻炼。一座结束时，将无分别的觉性安住于如虚空般广阔的状态中，这是第三座。自己观想为清晰的无量光佛，心间有智慧勇识舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字，如第二阶段所说，清晰观想，心安住于此。然后，自己的坐垫、靠背、帷幔、装饰等都融入自身。本尊身也如擦拭镜子般融入中央，融入心间的智慧勇识。智慧勇识的装饰等融入身，身融入 心间的舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字。舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字分解为ra字，ra字融入ha字，ha字融入gi gu。它越来越细微，成为那达的自性。观想它细微到如百千分之一发梢般消失。心安住于无所缘、离戏论的状态中，尽力而为。再次，如前一样，清晰观想本尊三尊，然后再次收摄，如上一样反复修习。这是将执持的明光收摄于空性中，是第四座。再次，如前一样，在清晰观想本尊三尊的基础上，从禅定勇识舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字发出光芒，触及智慧勇识。那极度闪耀的身的光芒触及誓言勇识。极度明亮的光芒照耀着世间。

While exhaling, the blue light of Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) emanates from the right nostril. Without distraction, focus single-pointedly, and extraordinary qualities will arise in the continuum. This is the second session. Again, visualize yourself as the body of Amitābha, and within the center of your body, there is the avadhūti channel, white on the outside and red on the inside. It is thin, clear, and without impurities, about the size of a medium arrow shaft. Its upper end opens to the door of Brahmā, and its lower end is firmly fixed eight finger-widths below the navel, perfectly straight. Near the upper end is a white Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) with its head pointing downwards. Four finger-widths below the navel is a red Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍), and in the heart is a blue Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍), all clearly visible. Hold the breath, and the air enters from the lower end of the central channel, striking the red Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) letter, causing the fire of inner heat to blaze. The Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) in the heart touches the Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) in the crown, and from it, a stream of nectar flows. Touching the Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) in the heart, the radiance blazes intensely, and from it, a stream of nectar flows down to the Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) in the navel, burning and dripping like tangled hair being combed, without interruption. Focus your mind on this, and practice breath control as much as possible. Also, do physical exercises. At the end of the session, rest the non-conceptual awareness in a state as vast as the sky. This is the third session. Visualize yourself clearly as Amitābha, and in your heart, there is the wisdom being Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) letter, as explained in the second stage. Visualize it clearly and hold your mind in that state. Then, your seat, backrest, curtains, and ornaments all dissolve into your body. The deity's body also dissolves into the center like wiping a mirror, dissolving into the wisdom being in your heart. The ornaments of the wisdom being, etc., dissolve into the body, and the body dissolves into the Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) letter in the heart. The Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) letter is broken down into the letter ra, the letter ra dissolves into ha, and ha dissolves into gi gu. It becomes increasingly subtle, becoming the nature of nāda. Visualize it becoming as subtle as one hundred thousandth of a hair tip and then vanishing. Rest your mind in a state of non-objectification and freedom from elaboration, as much as possible. Again, as before, clearly visualize the deity in three layers, and then practice dissolving them again as before, repeatedly. This is the dissolution of the luminosity of grasping into emptiness, the fourth session. Again, as before, based on the clear visualization of the deity in three layers, light radiates from the samādhi being Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍), striking the wisdom being. The light from that extremely radiant body strikes the samaya being. The intensely bright light illuminates the world.
