Having gathered without interruption, as the moment when rays of rainbow five colors and the form of thigle syllables dissolve into the supports and substances, the diminished life force is restored, and one achieves the immortality of life empowerment. Oṃ amarāṇi jīvantī ye svāhā! As such, visualization and recitation are the main practice, so one should accomplish it as much as possible. At the end of the session, making supplications and summoning life force are the main practices to be cultivated, so one can do three or four sessions. Initially, one session is as mentioned above, and for the subsequent sessions, repeat from the protection of the boundaries of the action ritual until the summoning of life force. In the final session, after the summoning of life force is accomplished, perform the tsokhor and the common and individual torma offerings, making sure to complete them. Third, offering the yas tak to the la dü, which has three parts: Blessing, inviting the guests, and offering the yas tak. First: Transform oneself into the pride of the principal deity of the essence mandala, the various action deities of the form. Transform oneself into the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha. From the seed syllable white A of the mudra, light radiates, purifying the defilements of grasping at the reality of the torma substances, transforming them into emptiness. Join the palms with an empty space inside, and recite: Oṃ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿསྭ་བྷཱ་བ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅་ཧཾཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Om, Self-nature pure, all dharmas, self-nature pure, I!) Recite three times each, releasing the mudra each time, and strike the cymbals, and apply this to the subsequent ones as well. Through the truth of the pure nature of the Dharma, the mudra mantra, and samadhi, may the defilements, impairments, faults, and stains of grasping at characteristics of the torma substances be purified. Transform oneself into the Bhagavan Vairochana. From the seed syllable blue Kham of the mudra, light radiates, the torma substances become an inexhaustible treasure, pervading all of space. Join the palms with an empty space inside, bending the joints of the fingers, rotating the jeweled casket mudra at the brow. Namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo viśva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thā khaṃ udgate spharaṇa imaṃ gagana khaṃ svāhā! (Tibetan: ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱོ་བི་ཤྭ་མུ་ཁེ་བྷྱཿསརྦ་ཐཱ་ཁཾ་ཨུཏྒ་ཏེ་སྥ་ར་ཎ་ཨི་མཾ་ག་ག་ན་ཁཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo viśva mukhebhyaḥ sarva thā khaṃ udgate spharaṇa imaṃ gagana khaṃ svāhā, Literal Chinese Meaning: Homage, all, Tathagatas, etc., all, faces, etc., all, space, rising, pervading, this, space, space, svaha!) Through the truth of the mudra mantra of the space treasury and samadhi, the torma substances will be inexhaustible until the end of the kalpa, vast and filling the sky. Transform oneself into the Bhagavan Amrita Kundali. From the seed syllable red Hrih of the mudra, light radiates, the torma substances become the nature of the great amrita of wisdom.
