Assembly of Dakinis, assuming the form of worldly medicine women, Accept the Torma according to the ancient command, May the definitive secret teachings flourish! Horse Dance: Hūm! The Torma plate is beneath Mount Meru, Having summoned all harm-doers, The Horse-Headed Deity assembly dances, Completely subduing obstacles and evil spirits. Sattvaṃbhaya Nana. May life empowerment and realization increase, May there be complete victory over the hordes of demons. Request for Forgiveness: Hoḥ! In this gathering of authentic rituals, Forgive any unknowing or ignorance. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times. Receiving Accomplishments: Hrīḥ Hoḥ! Bhagavan, great master of speech, Great common glory of samsara and nirvana, Now that we request accomplishments, Immutable body and unobstructed speech, Infallible mind and the five wisdoms, Dharma, lineage, life empowerment, etc., Grant the supreme and common accomplishments of the lineage. Oṃ kāya vāka citta Siddhi Hūṃ Jaḥ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: Om, body speech mind, siddhi, Hum, subdue). Dissolution Phase: Hūm! The vessel and its contents dissolve into light and merge with oneself, Oneself also inseparable from the main deity and retinue, One's own awareness dissolves into the unborn realm, From there, arise again to accomplish activities. Auspicious Verse: Hrīḥ! Dharmakaya, unchanging, infinite light, Sambhogakaya, unobstructed, infinite light, Nirmanakaya, lotus-born Vajradhara, May the mandala's common glory be auspicious! Dedication: Thus, this life practice and so on, Virtuous deeds, both conditioned and unconditioned, Are completely dedicated to all beings, Dedicated for the sake of attaining the supreme fruit. Aspiration: Hoḥ! The excellent path of the supreme vehicle, the maturing and liberating Dharma, The qualities of entering the generation and completion stages are perfected, Through this, may all beings without exception, Be established on the ground of Samantabhadra. Thus, this complete method of practice and activity of Bhagavan Amitayus, complete with preliminary, main, and concluding parts, Was requested for a long time by the reincarnation of Drukpa Kyidphug, Karma Tshultrim Dargye, and again earnestly requested in the Water Dragon Year. Therefore, Paldan Pawo Rigdzin Pema Tenzin Chokdrub Tsal, the white-robed one with long braids, wrote this on the auspicious tenth day of the first Water month of the Water Dragon Year. May the life of the Tenzin being be stable and long! May the Vajra protectors guard, conceal, and entrust. I pray to Orgyen Guru, father and mother, and write according to the Nyingma practice manual, without selecting the writings of others.
