In the unobstructed, vast, and great primordial purity. I prostrate and praise the bliss-emptiness, unerring mind. May we obtain the vajra life. From the palaces of the four directions and four corners, The four swift goddesses of longevity, Colors of white, yellow, red, blue, and green, Holding a vase of longevity in your hands, Hook the vajra life. The gate-guarding goddesses with four mudras, Hook, lasso, chain, and bell, Swift lords of longevity, hook the life. Unchanging essence, vajra life, Hook the life force of the lords of the lineage. Expanded, the three realms are radiant, Condensed, the heart-life dissolves into Nri（藏文：ནྲྀཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：无）.

嗡 愿不退转雍仲多吉焰，赐予我等长寿灌顶。如是恳请，恳请完毕后，进行长寿融入和封藏： 吽 舍，五部善逝无量寿，烦恼净除智慧中，融入此生增福德，愿诸人等皆吉祥。五大种性之母，若从四大界中寿衰减，五大母神增福德。具缘者之三门中，无量寿怙主五部之，身语意之印记获得，衰损之寿命恢复之。莲花轮宝及，金刚交杵手印中，获得不退秘密印。增益五大生命福德，以不退金刚之灌顶，愿证无生之义。 嗡 阿 吽 阿玛ra 尼 匝 瓦 达 尼 班匝 阿 雅 喀 舍 梭哈。 如是融入，并尽力念诵此咒，则世间界之寿命精华，所有长寿本尊寂怒尊，以及天神和仙人，龙王，有情众生之命，ནྲྀཿ（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，命），虚空日月，五大之精华全部融入自身和宝瓶中，淅沥淅沥融入。 复又如火花般聚集，从毛孔中淅沥淅沥融入，生起获得无死金刚身之定解。 如是努力，必定获得，必定获得。 最后，在放置供品之时，观想甘露水流充满宝瓶中央，诸佛众安住于光蕴身中。 第三，完整之自入仪轨如灌顶仪轨中所述。 宣说摄集日常修持心要精髓之要点如下： 自己刹那间观想为大威力马头明王，其面前莲花日月垫上，长寿本尊五部父母十尊，勇士空行父母十六尊，忿怒门神父母八尊，由诸佛菩萨围绕。 将自己之身体和受用全部供养曼扎。 大地涂香散花，须弥四洲日月庄严，观想为佛刹而作供养，愿一切众生于清净刹土中受用。 咕噜 仁钦 曼扎 布匝 麦嘎 萨木扎 萨帕ra 纳 萨玛耶 阿 吽。 之后，皈依三宝，忏悔罪恶。

OM, may the irreversible Yungdrung Dorje flame, bestow upon us the empowerment of longevity. Thus, earnestly requesting, and upon completing the request, the infusion and sealing of longevity: HUNG HRIH, the five families of Sugatas, immeasurable life, in the clarity of wisdom that purifies afflictions, infuse into this life, increase merit and glory, may all beings be blessed. The mother who is the essence of the five elements, if life diminishes from the four elements, may the five great mothers increase glory. In the three doors of the fortunate ones, may the protector of immeasurable life, the five families, obtain the seal of body, speech, and mind, may the diminished life force be restored. From the lotus wheel jewel and the vajra crossed mudra, may the irreversible secret seal be obtained. Increase the glory of the elements, life force, and with the irreversible vajra empowerment, may the meaning of no birth and death be realized. OM AH HUNG AMA RA NI DZA WA DA NI BENZA A YU KHE SHE SOHA. Thus infuse, and recite this mantra as much as possible, then the essence of life of the world realm, all the peaceful and wrathful deities of longevity, and the gods and sages, the dragon kings, the life of sentient beings, nr̥（Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, life）, the essence of the sky, sun, moon, and elements all dissolve into oneself and the vase, dripping and dripping. Again, gather like sparks, dissolve dripping and dripping from the pores, generate the conviction of obtaining the immortal vajra body. Thus, with effort, it will surely be obtained, it will surely be obtained. Finally, when placing the offerings, visualize the nectar stream filling the center of the vase, and all the deities residing in the body of light. Third, the complete self-entry ritual is as described in the empowerment ritual. The essential points of condensing the essence of daily practice are explained as follows: Instantly visualize oneself as the great powerful Hayagriva, in front of whom, on the lotus sun and moon seat, the longevity deities, the five families of fathers and mothers, ten deities, the heroes and heroines, sixteen deities, the wrathful doorkeepers, eight deities, surrounded by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Offer one's body and possessions entirely as a mandala. The earth is anointed with incense and flowers are scattered, Mount Meru, the four continents, and the sun and moon are adorned, visualize as a Buddha-field and make offerings, may all beings enjoy in the pure land. Guru Ratna Mandala Puja Megha Samudra Sapharana Samaye Ah Hung. Then, take refuge in the Three Jewels, confess sins and non-virtue.
