From the HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ) at the heart, which is clear in immeasurable light, rays of light emanate. By merely waving the arrow banner, the messenger goddesses, swift mothers who summon and gather life, with various colors of white, yellow, red, and green, holding countless iron hooks, lassos, arrow banners, and life vases, filling the sky, earth, and world, gather all the life force, life, vital force, and breath of oneself and those to be protected, which have been stolen, plundered, taken away, wandered away, increased, diminished, exhausted, cut off, distorted, broken, and scattered by demons, obstacles, elemental spirits, oath-breakers, male and female life-destroyers, the ten directional guardians, the eight classes of gods and demons, and the lords of death and Yama. And gather all the essence and purity of the elements of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, and the life, glory, merit, and radiance of sentient beings, and all the compassion and blessings of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, in the form of A (藏文：ཨཱཿ) NRI (藏文：ནྲྀ) HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ), gathering them back like a swarm, and dissolve them into oneself and the assembly of deities in front. All recite the mantra of immortal life, TI RI RI (藏文：ཏི་རི་རི་), and bestow empowerment. All the life essence, power, authority, and accomplishments, like white, red, and blue rays of light falling like snow into a lake, dissolve from the crown of your head into your body. Generate the faith of obtaining the accomplishment of immortal vidyadhara life. Having clarified the visualization in this way, if you like, you can understand the ordinary life-summoning practice. Or, you can do this life-summoning practice of the Iron Palace Life Accomplishment. HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ)! The outer is a vase, the inner is filled with nectar, the secret meaning is the lotus Amitayus, in the five places are the five mudras and five syllables, immeasurable rays of light emanate, filling the sky. HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ)! From the hand of the Gandharva in the east, hook life with an iron hook! From the hand of Yama in the south, lasso life! From the hand of the Naga demon in the west, chain life! From the hand of the Yaksha in the north, bell life! From the hand of Brahma and Indra in the upper direction, life! From the hand of the joyful protector in the lower direction, life! Connect the severed life and vitality and summon the increase! Repair the broken and restore all that has diminished! The white rays of light are dazzling, oily, and swirling! Dissolve from the crown of the head into the body! May you obtain the empowerment of radiant, immortal life!
