长寿灌顶无量寿佛坛城诸尊之灌顶与成就。轮回涅槃情器之寿命光彩，无余融入弟子之身心，生起与无量寿佛之身语意无二无别的定解。吽！五部如来无量寿，烦恼明净智慧中，此寿融入增吉祥，此人获得大吉祥！五大种性之自性母，五大种性界中寿衰损，五大母尊增吉祥！根本咒语后，阿比钦扎 吽！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）依次融入寿命并赐予。第二，寿命融入者，以八瑞相加持并以吉祥稳固之：如寂静灌顶鬘一般，此处赐予吉祥之八瑞相灌顶。第三，手印金刚触及弟子之头顶、喉咙、心间、肚脐、四肢以及后脑之魔门等处并加持，如是获得灌顶者，为了不衰退且稳固之故。从上师无量寿佛之五处所化现之轮、金刚、珍宝、莲花、十字杵等，以白色、红色、蓝色、黄色、绿色之手印加持，由业力所生之暂时违缘之损害任何也无法侵入，观想成为远离损毁且是金刚自性。吽！薄伽梵五部无量寿，获得身语意之印，恢复衰损之寿命，莲花轮、珍宝，金刚十字杵手印，获得不变化之秘密印，增益五大种性寿命与吉祥，赐予不变化金刚之灌顶。嗡 班匝 惹恰 惹恰 吽！（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）以手印金刚或箭幡加持。人多时也可撒花。彼等之后，薄伽梵无量寿佛以身语意加持此金刚弟子之身语意。祈请加持平息疾病、邪魔、罪障、恶缘、障碍等一切。祈请加持寿命、福德、财富、人财增长广大，迅速获得成佛。祈请加持获得寿命不变之雍仲，不坏之金刚，不灭之胜幢，明亮之日月，如意出生之如意宝般的寿命成就。

Infusing the student's being with all the life, splendor, and radiance of samsara and nirvana, and generating the conviction of being inseparable from the body, speech, and mind of Amitayus. Hūṃ! Amitayus, the Sugata of the Five Families, In the clear and pure wisdom of afflictions, May this life be infused and increase glory! May this person have good fortune! Mother, the essence of the five elements, If life diminishes from the realm of the five elements, May the five great mothers increase glory! At the end of the root mantra: Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Infusing life in sequence and bestowing it. Secondly, those who have had life infused, To consecrate with the eight auspicious symbols and stabilize with auspiciousness: Like the peaceful empowerment garland, bestow here the eight auspicious symbols of empowerment. Thirdly, the vajra hand implement touches the student's crown, throat, heart, navel, four limbs, and the demon gates of the back of the head, sealing them. Thus, for those who have received empowerment not to diminish and to be stable, The wheel, vajra, jewel, lotus, and crossed vajra emanating from the five places of the lama Amitayus are sealed with the hand gestures of white, red, blue, yellow, and green light. May you have the conviction that no harm from temporary adverse conditions caused by karma can penetrate, and that you have become the vajra nature, free from destruction and disintegration. Hūṃ! Bhagavan Amitayus of the Five Families, Having obtained the seal of body, speech, and mind, Restore the diminished life force! With the lotus wheel, jewel, vajra, and crossed vajra hand gestures, Obtain the unchanging secret seal! Increase the life and glory of the elements, Bestow the unchanging vajra empowerment! May he bless and increase life, merit, wealth, people, and possessions, and quickly attain Buddhahood. May he bless and attain the accomplishment of life, such as the unchanging Yungdrung, the indestructible Vajra, the imperishable Victory Banner, the clear Sun and Moon, and the wish-fulfilling wish-granting jewel.
