Ma Ya! Gya Gya Gya! ༈ The visualization for the front generation is: In front, the vase and the main deity of the mandala, Amitayus in union with his consort, the five longevity deities in union with their consorts, and the swift longevity goddess, all appearing distinctly and completely without intermingling. At the heart of the main deity, on top of a moon, visualize a red HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：Syllable Hrih) with the mantra garland rotating to the right. From the mantra of oneself as the Yidam Amitayus, rays of light emanate and dissolve into the hearts of the deities of the front generation. Arouse the lineage of the heart commitment. From them, light emanates. The outer environment, the realm of the world, all the pure essence of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, are gathered together in the form of yellow light. They dissolve into the vase in Amitayus's hand and the mantra garland at his heart, filling it with the essence of immortal life. The light of overflowing nectar coils like a string of beads on the thread of compassion and dissolves into my heart. My entire body is filled with immortal nectar, and I think that I have attained the accomplishment of longevity. Without distraction, recite this mantra with one-pointed focus, uniting the three activities of approach, accomplishment, and action. Om Guru Ayurjnana Hum Bhrum Nrih Dzah Siddhi Pala Hum Ama Ra Ni Dza Wan Ti Svaha. (藏文，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：). Recite this three hundred thousand times, and then recite it one hundred and eight times each day. You will attain the accomplishment of longevity. At times, make this supplication: HRIH! Supreme deity, the embodiment of longevity, the Vajra Lord, gathers the essence of immortal nectar from all outer and inner phenomena, samsara and nirvana. Grant me the accomplishment of immortal life! After making this supplication, swallow your saliva, and think that your body is completely filled with the nectar of longevity. Again, light radiates from the heart of Amitayus, gathering all the life essence, merit, radiance, splendor, power, fame, wealth, and enjoyment of sentient beings, gods, nagas, yakshas, medicine gods, and sages in the inner world. In the form of red light, they dissolve into the vase and mantra garland of Amitayus. The light filled with the essence of immortal life coils like a string of beads on the thread of compassion and dissolves into me. My entire body is filled with immortal nectar, and I think that I have attained the accomplishment of longevity. Without being distracted by the coming and going of visualization, strive to recite the mantra and make supplications as before. Again, light radiates from all the deities of the mandala.

Again, from the heart of oneself as the Yidam Amitayus, the light of the mantra goes through the mantra cord, stimulating the mind of the deities of the mandala generated in front. Light radiates from the mantra in their hearts. All the life and merit of samsara and nirvana, the container and its contents, are filled with the nature of white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A), green Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Devanagari: नृ, Romanized Sanskrit: nṛ, Literal meaning: Nri), and blue Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), shining brightly, filling the container and its contents. The longevity deities, the peaceful and wrathful Buddhas, male and female, and the longevity sages, Vidyadharas, gods, Naga lords, wealth gods, sentient beings, humans, the sky, sun, moon, jewels, the essence of the outer and inner elements, the heart of the quintessence, etc., gather their brilliance, radiance, and light, one by one, and dissolve into the mandala deities in front of me. Thinking that the accomplishment of immortal life is attained, recite the mantra and offer prayers.
