Thus, offering, praise, and supplication are made. Third, the order of mantra recitation and visualization recitation, separating self and front. The visualization of self-generation: visualize yourself clearly as the powerful and wrathful Hayagriva, on the crown of your head, Padma Amitayus, with a red-colored body, residing in the midst of a dense cloud of life-light, with hands in the gesture of equipoise, holding a vase of seven precious substances filled with the nectar of immortal life, adorned with a wish-fulfilling tree that produces desired accomplishments. Visualize all the deities of life residing in a blazing mass of light like the sun and its rays. From the heart-seed syllable Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱིཿ，hrīḥ，赫利) of that deity, light radiates, inviting all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Three Roots, peaceful and wrathful deities, and the ocean of victorious ones from the infinite realms of the ten directions. Then, from your own heart, a wind-tube like an iron hook radiates out, entering through the left nostril, and entering into the vase held by Amitayus on the crown of your head. The nectar Nara Nara descends, flowing down from your Brahma aperture and dissolving into your heart. Visualize your entire body being transformed into the essence of life and filled with nectar. For example, the wind of faith and devotion is like the mouth of a bee, and the essence of life's blessing is like the nectar of a flower, visualize and take the essence. Again, from the body, speech, and mind of Amitayus, rays of light radiate in the ten directions. The essence of life, radiance, splendor, and energy of all sentient beings within, having arisen as the essence of refined vermillion, like nectar. Amitayus's vase is brimming, and each ray of light spills forth. Think that one's body is completely filled, recite the mantra, and pray. Again, from the body, speech, and mind of Amitayus, rays of light radiate in the ten directions. The compassion, blessings, and energy of all the gurus, yidams, buddhas, bodhisattvas, heroes, dakinis, and oath-bound ones, without exception, having arisen like the essence of molten lapis lazuli, Amitayus's vase is brimming, and each ray of light spills forth.
