༔ སེམས་ལ་རྟོགས་པ་བསྐྱེད་དུ་གསོལ༔ ཧྲཱི༔ ཤར་ལྷོ་ནུབ་བྱང་དབུས་ལྔ་ཡི༔ ཚེ་ལྷ་ཀུན་གྱིས་ཚེ་བཅུད་སྡུས༔ སྐལ་ལྡན་བུ་ཡི་སྒོ་གསུམ་ལ༔ འགྱུར་བ་མེད་པར་རྒྱས་བཏབ་པས༔ སྐྱེ་འཆི་མེད་པའི་དོན་རྟོགས་ཤོག༔ ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛཿསིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་ཝནྟི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔ ཚེའི་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ལ་ཐུགས་དམ་གནད་བསྐུལ་བྱ་ཞིང་། དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་དང་ཕྱོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་མདའ་དར་གཡབ་ཅིང་ཚེ་འགུགས་བསྟིམ་དམིགས་པ་བཅས་བརྟན་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ལྟར་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་གསང་ལམ་མ་བདག་བསྐྱེད་དང་། ལྕགས་དྲིལ་མ་མདུན་དཀྱིལ་བུམ་བསྐྱེད་ མཉམ་རྫོགས་ཀྱི་ཚེའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་ཁྱེར་བདེར་བཀོད་པའི་དགོངས་དོན་རྣམས་རང་གཞུང་ལྟར་ལས། ཚིག་ཕྲད་འགའ་ཞིག་བསྒྱུར་བཀོད་དང་། བྱིན་འབེབ་སོགས་ཁོ་བོས་སྤྲོས་པ་དང་། མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ཚེ་བཟླས་པའི་དམིགས་རིམ་དག་ཚེ་ཁྲིད་སྙན་བརྒྱུད་བཞིན་དུ་ཉུང་བསྡུས་སྤེལ། ཚེ་བསྐུལ་འགུགས་བསྟིམ་རྣམས་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་གསང་བ་སྙིང་པོ་ནས་བླངས་པའོ། །སྤྱིར་བསྙེན་སྒྲུབ་གང་ལ་ཡང་འཇུག་པ་དང་། ཁྱད་པར་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རིགས་ལ། བདག་མདུན་དམིགས་པ་གསལ་ཞིང་བརྟན་པ། ངག་འཁྱལ་གྱིས་སྔགས་བཟླ་བ་ལ་བར་གཅོད་མི་བྱེད་པར་ཡེངས་མེད་དུ་བརྩོན་པ་གལ་ཆེ། རྗེས་ཀྱི་ལས་རིམ་ཚོགས་ནས། ཆད་བརྟན། བསྔོ་སྨོན་རྣམས་གུ་རུ་ཞི་བའམ་བླ་མ་གསང་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་གཞུང་ལྟར་བྱས་པས་དོན་འགྲུབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །རིག་འཛིན་བསམ་གཏན་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གཏེར་མ། བསམ་གཏན་བསྟན་འཛིན་གྱིས་མཐོང་མྱོང་བརྒྱུད་པའི་ཕྱག་ལེན་མ་འཆུག་པར་འགྲིགས་ཆགས་སུ་བཀོད་པའོ། །སྐལ་ལྡན་འགའ་ལ་ཕན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །འགྲོ་བ་མང་པོ་ལ་སྐྱོབ་པར་གྱུར་ཅིག །མངྒ་ལཾ་སྭསྟི། འདིར་གསུངས་པའི་གུ་རུ་ཞི་བ་ནི་ཐུགས་སྒྲུབ་རྣམ་གསུམ་སོགས་སྟག་ཤམ་རང་གཞུང་དང་འབྲེལ་ན་ལེགས་ཤིང་དཀྱུས་ཙམ་དུ་དཀོན་མཆོག་སྤྱི་འདུས་ལྟར་བྱས་ན་ཤིན་ཏུ་འབྲེལ་ལོ།། །། ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་ཡང་སྙིང་བཅུད་བསྡུས་གསང་དྲིལ་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཚིག་དོན་རབ་གསལ། བསམ་གཏན་རྡོ་རྗེ།

༔ Grant realization in my mind! Hrih! May all the longevity deities of the five directions—east, south, west, north, and center—gather the essence of life. On the three doors of fortunate children, may they establish unwavering growth, so that the meaning of no birth and no death may be realized! Om Ah Hum Guru Ayurjnana Hum Bhrum Nri Jyah Siddhi Phala Hum Amaraṇi Jīvanti Svaha! Urge the commitment of all the longevity deities, and in the mandala and all directions, wave the arrow banners, and stabilize with the visualization of attracting and dissolving life. Thus, the secret path of longevity practice, the self-generation of the mother, and the vase generation of the Iron Bell Mother in the front mandala, The meaning of arranging the spontaneously perfected longevity activities for easy carrying is according to one's own tradition. Some word particles have been changed, and blessings have been added by me. The visualization sequence of the front generation life recitation has been abbreviated and expanded as in the life guidance oral transmission. The life invocation, attraction, and dissolution are all taken from the secret essence of the life practice. In general, it applies to any approach and practice, especially in the category of longevity practice. It is important to have a clear and stable visualization of oneself and the front, and to diligently practice without distraction, without interrupting the mantra recitation with idle talk. In the subsequent work sequence, the completion, stabilization, dedication, and aspiration are done according to the Guru Zhiwa or the Lama Sangdrub ritual, so that the meaning will be accomplished.
