萨。薄伽梵无量寿智，红亮，具足妙相之光辉，一切圆满受用之饰物皆遍覆其身。一面二臂，于等持之上，持不死甘露之妙瓶。双足跏趺坐，于其怀中，明妃白衣，右手持红镜，与箭幡一同，左右持寿瓶，平等交合。于父尊之三处，于白红蓝之光团中央，以嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）、阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）、吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）所标帜，从心间吽字所放之光芒，如暴风雪般迎请智慧尊之本尊众，作加持之想。如是示意，并伴随降临之物、铙钹之声，以及唱诵仪轨之迎请咒语，降下加持。将金刚花置于顶上，以“底叉 瓦吉ra（梵文：ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ，梵文天城体：तिष्ठ वज्र，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭha vajra，汉语字面意思：住金刚）”使其坚固。恰克殊 扎贝 侠 亚 帕特（梵文：ཙཀྵུཿཔྲ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：चक्षुः प्रबेशाय फ़ट，梵文罗马拟音：cakṣuḥ praveśaya phaṭ，汉语字面意思：眼入 啪）”如是开眼。奇！子，汝当观此神圣坛城！仅见此坛城，亦能清净累劫所积之罪障。能得殊胜共同之成就。诸器乃智慧界清净之，大宫殿，体性圆满。其精华乃智慧本尊之主，寿怙主父母及化身等。一切寂静忿怒本尊皆汇聚之，大秘密心髓之坛城。昔日善业无尽之，威力所致，得见此坛城，甚为稀有！如是展示坛城。以欲献花于主尊之意乐，念诵此句。舍！我之真实觉性之此花，献予薄伽梵不死寿神。愿福德智慧二资粮迅速圆满，无论何种业缘，皆能与本尊相遇！布施 梭哈（梵文：པུཥྤེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：पुष्पे स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：puṣpe svāhā，汉语字面意思：花 梭哈）！如是抛掷，观想花落于主尊心间，复又系于顶上。复将花系于顶上，赐予不死持明之秘密名。入坛后，为祈请真实灌顶，献曼扎。念诵此祈请文。奇呼！金刚持上师垂听！我于未得菩提果之前，愿您善为我顶上之庄严，祈赐不死智慧阿玉长寿灌顶！愿我等迅速进入解脱之城，月密红智成就！如是祈请。于真实灌顶时，瓶灌顶、秘密灌顶、智慧灌顶、句义灌顶，以及最后之五种所依

Sa. The Bhagavan Amitayus, red and radiant, blazing with the splendor of marks and signs, completely adorned with all ornaments of perfect enjoyment. With one face and two arms, holding the excellent vase of immortal life on the samadhi mudra. Seated in the vajra posture, with the consort White-clad, red-colored, holding a mirror and arrow-banner together in her lap, holding the vase of life in her right and left hands, equally united. At the three places of the Father, in the center of the white, red, and blue light spheres, marked with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: ओ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om), Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah), and Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), from the rays of light emanating from the Hum syllable at the heart center, visualize inviting the wisdom deity assembly like a swirling blizzard, and bestow blessings. Make this gesture, and with the substances for descent, the sound of cymbals, and the recitation of the invocation mantra of the ritual, bestow blessings. Place the vajra flower on the crown of the head, and with "Tishta Vajra (Sanskrit: तिष्ठ वज्र, Romanized Sanskrit: tiṣṭha vajra, Literal meaning: Stay Vajra)" make it firm. "Chakshu Prabeshaya Phat (Sanskrit: चक्षुः प्रबेशाय फ़ट, Romanized Sanskrit: cakṣuḥ praveśaya phaṭ, Literal meaning: Eye Enter Phat)" thus open the eyes. Kye! Son, look at this sacred mandala! Just by seeing this, even the accumulated sins and obscurations of kalpas are purified. Superior and common siddhis will be attained. The vessels are pure realms of wisdom, the great palace is complete with characteristics. The essence is the chief of the wisdom deities, the life protector father and mother and emanations. The great secret essence mandala where all peaceful and wrathful deities are assembled. Due to the inexhaustible merit of past virtues, it is wonderful to see this. Thus show the mandala. With the intention to offer the flower to the main deity, repeat this. Hrih! This flower of my true awareness, I offer to the Bhagavan Immortal Life Deity. May the two accumulations of merit and wisdom be quickly perfected, and whatever karmic connection there is, may I meet the deity! Pushpe Svaha (Sanskrit: पुष्पे स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: puṣpe svāhā, Literal meaning: Flower Svaha)! Throw it as such, visualize the flower falling on the heart of the main deity, and then tying it again on the crown of the head. Again, tie the flower on the crown of the head, and bestow the secret name of the Immortal Vidyadhara. After entering the mandala, offer the mandala as the fee for requesting the actual empowerment. Recite this prayer. Kyeho! Vajradhara Lama, listen! Until I attain the essence of enlightenment, may you be well held as the ornament on my crown, I request the immortal wisdom Ayu long life empowerment! May I quickly enter the city of liberation, Moon Secret Red Jnana Siddhi Ho! Thus request. For the actual empowerment, the vase empowerment, secret empowerment, wisdom empowerment, word empowerment, and finally the five supports.

Among those, first, in order to accomplish the vase empowerment along with its subsequent practices, please generate the aspiration as follows: Clearly visualize the mandala of the immortal life deities within the vase, along with the supported and the supporting aspects. By bestowing this empowerment upon the crown of your heads, may the deities blaze and dissolve as the nature of five lights, merging through the Brahma aperture. Please cultivate the aspiration of attaining the accomplishment of immortal life. Hrih! Outwardly, like a precious vase, it is a celestial mansion; inwardly, it is filled with the essence of grains, incense, and various medicines; secretly, the Bhagavan life deity assembly resides; please bestow immortality upon the fortunate child! Om Vajra Ayu Jnana Siddhi Hum Dza! Abhishintsa Om! Bestow the empowerment in this way and offer the vase water. By bestowing the empowerment in this way, may the stream of nectar fill the body and purify defilements. From the remaining water swirling at the crown of the head, please cultivate the aspiration that the lineage lord, the lama father and mother, appear with the form of Amitabha. Hrih! The life water, the five nectars, radiates light; from the crown of the head, it gently merges into the body; purifying the obscurations of the body, it transforms into a vajra body; the essence rises upwards, and the lineage lord becomes clear. Amitabha Abhishintsa Ah! In this way, bestow the empowerment of the form of Amitabha. Again, by bestowing the empowerment with the five family crests and so on, please cultivate the aspiration that the Buddhas of the five families adorn the crown of your head. Hrih! The crest of hair is raised upwards, it is the attire of the nirmanakaya; the sambhogakaya, the Buddhas of the five families, adorn the body; the mandala of the body, the realm of light, the empowerment of great wisdom; please bestow non-dual wisdom upon the child of the lineage! Ratna Mudzi Abhishintsa Hum! By bestowing the garments of silk and precious jewels, contemplate that you are adorned with the complete enjoyment of perfect ornaments, and that you have power over the immortal life accomplishment of the seven limbs. Hrih! Hats, necklaces, precious pendants, etc.; bracelets, anklets, silk upper garments, etc.; by bestowing this empowerment of the ornaments of the complete enjoyment body; may you obtain the life empowerment of the seven limbs! Ratna Su Spe Siddhi Pala Svaha! Visualize the heart, life-force mantra, and mantra garland of the deities in front of you and yourself. The light from the heart of the master stimulates the samaya of the deities generated in front, and the light radiates in the ten directions. Summon all the life essence of samsara and nirvana as the nature of five lights, merging into the life substances and the mantra garland in your own heart.
