Invite all the longevity and wisdom of all Buddhas of the three times in the form of white and red Hūṃ syllables, and they dissolve into it. That Hūṃ syllable also dissolves into light and enters from the fontanelle on the crown of the head. In the heart, the five families become the body of Amitayus. They dissolve into light and pervade the entire body, and contemplate that you have become the essence of the immortal longevity vajra. At this time, fill the space above the eyebrows with the nectar of longevity. Obtain the vase empowerment. Fill the space above the throat, obtain the secret empowerment. Fill the space above the heart, obtain the wisdom nectar empowerment. Fill the entire body, obtain the fourth empowerment, and it is said that it is very important to do this visualization. Note: I am the wisdom Amitayus. All contempt should be abandoned. The great Lord of Death is subdued by me. Child, you have attained the knowledge holder of longevity.
