……Ga! On top of the white, red, and blue three-layered lotus petals, Amitayus of Orgyen has a white and reddish complexion, possessing radiance. His hands are in equipoise, holding a vase filled with the nectar of immortal wisdom, adorned with various precious jewels, shining brilliantly. In the east is the white Lase, adorned with beautiful and captivating decorations, holding a longevity vase in her hand, standing on a lotus. In the south is the yellow Male, holding a longevity vase. In the west is the red Giti, holding a longevity vase. In the north is the green Nirti, holding a longevity vase. Visualize them radiating light and rays of light. From the heart of the main deity, the syllable HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：舍) emits light, and in the center of the moon mandala in my heart, there is a red HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉字字面意思：舍) syllable with intense sparks, surrounded by the longevity mantra, from which light radiates. From the blazing mandala of Sukhavati in the west, Amitayus and the four longevity goddesses, along with the retinue of Buddhas like an ocean of assembly, are invited into the sky in front of me. Offer praise and prayers with your mind. Their body, speech, and mind bless me, and they bestow empowerment with the five wisdoms. Visualize that everything dissolves into their respective crown chakras, and that the samaya and wisdom dissolve into non-duality. Then, from the seed syllables in the hearts of Amitayus and the four goddesses, and from the three places of their bodies and the longevity vases, light radiates in all ten directions, invoking the blessings of the gurus, yidams, dakinis, and dharma protectors. All the longevity essence of the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas are collected into the vase, and visualize the vase filled with bright white longevity nectar. In particular, in the vases of the four goddesses, all the essence of earth, water, fire, wind, medicine, and plants are gathered, and the nectar in the vases boils and bubbles with a chirili sound. From the vases of the main deity and the retinue, white nectar descends, entering from my crown and mouth, thereby purifying all diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, and especially obstacles to longevity in my body. They are expelled through the urinary and anal passages and the soles of my feet. Then, from below upwards, I am filled with nectar, filling the navel chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, and crown chakra, all bright white. Be certain that you will attain a vajra-like body with unchanging longevity, and practice the essence of the guru and Amitayus as inseparable.

During this retreat, without interruption, recite this mantra, the best recite one million times, the middle seven hundred thousand times, and even the lowest recite three hundred thousand times. Recite the sixteen-syllable mantra "Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Ayu Siddhi Hum Hrih" without any omission. Then, when reciting a million mantras, make offerings and praises with a devout heart: "Kye! Limitless Life Buddha, please listen, I with unparalleled devotion, wholeheartedly pray to you, offering inner and outer secret offerings, and all the offerings of the manifested world. Repent all evils and faults, from the secret mandala of the heart, grant the immortal long life accomplishment." Recite the thousand-verse praise in this way, and strive to practice. During the breaks between sessions, recite the following prayer: "Om Ah Hum Hrih! Guru Buddha Jewel, Limitless Life Buddha is the protector of beings, from the most secret heart box, grant the power of the immutable Vajra life, the supreme precious protector, please grant it to me." After praying in this way, Limitless Life Buddha, together with the four consorts, recites the self-sound of the immortal mantra "Ti Ri Ri," and bestows the initiation. Visualize the nectar of the vase descending from the crown of the head, my body filled with immortal nectar. Afterwards, merge the vases of the four consorts into the vase of the main deity, and the four consorts also merge into the main deity. Visualize the vase of the main deity descending from your own crown, the body filled with nectar, hold your breath, and then exhale slowly. Afterwards, recite the following long life mantra one hundred or twenty-one times: "Namo Bhagavate Aparimita Ayu Jñana Su Viniscita Tejo Rajaya Tathagataya Arhate Samyaksambuddhaya Tadyatha Om Punye Punye Maha Punye Aparimita Punye Jñana Sambharopacite Om Sarva Samskara Parisuddha Dharmate Gagana Samudgate Svabhava Visuddhe Maha Naya Parivare Svaha" After reciting, visualize Limitless Life Buddha merging from the crown of the head, transforming into light and merging into the heart, the vows and wisdom becoming one, the life unchanging, abiding in the state of emptiness without attachment. Afterwards, dedicate the merit to attaining the Vidyadhara of Longevity, and to unsurpassed Bodhi.
