In the west is the red consort, holding an iron chain. In the north is the green consort, holding a bell. All of them hold the arrow of life and the vase of life. Visualize them surrounded by hundreds of thousands of emanations of the retinue, goddesses of life. In the three places of those, generate the three syllables and bless them. Then, from the nature of body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, Lamas, Yidams, Dakinis, and Dharma Protectors, gather all the essence of life like a magnet attracting iron; Visualize that in the vase of the palace, it is filled with the nectar of immortal wisdom, pure white and crystal clear. With a focused and undistracted mind, repeatedly and clearly visualize the appearance. Combine the recitation and practice of the essence of immortal life into one, and recite seven million times without interruption by human words.
