From the realm of space༴, Immortal Life༴, All of you who have become the Mothers of the Lineage, Please stabilize the life force of the elements! Hūṃ! From the eastern direction, Vajra Life-Inviting Mother, White Swift Mother holding the vase of life! Hundreds of thousands of emanations of body, speech, and mind, White Swift Mother! Please accomplish the action of invoking the supreme Vajra Life! Hūṃ! From the southern direction, Ratna Life-Inviting Mother, Yellow Swift Mother༴, Emanations of body, speech, and mind, Yellow Swift Mother༴, Supreme Ratna Life༴! Hūṃ! From the western direction, Padma Life༴, Red Swift Mother༴, Emanations of body, speech, and mind, Red Swift Mother༴, Supreme Padma Life༴! Hūṃ! From the northern direction, Karma Life༴, Green Swift Mother༴, Emanations of body, speech, and mind, Green Swift Mother༴, Supreme Karma Life༴! May the greatly blessed Victorious Ones bestow their blessings! May the Swift Mothers, Lords of Life, gather life! Bestow the empowerment of life upon me, the fortunate yogi! Grant the siddhi of immortal life! Thus, supplicate and forcefully invoke and absorb into oneself and the vase. This is extremely profound! Yogis should continuously practice this life-accomplishment, and for all purposes such as bestowing the great life-empowerment upon others, this life-inviting verse should be recited. By clarifying the visualization and diligently engaging in recitation, there is no doubt that one will obtain the supreme and sacred siddhi of life! This is the very word of Ugyen, who has taught it as extremely profound! May nectar descend, and white and red clear drops descend from the juncture of union. Visualize the white Na Ra Na Ra descending, coming down from your own crown, filling the space from the secret place of the body to the crown with the nectar of immortality. Recite the root mantra ending: Om Guru Ayu Siddhi Kaya Abhisinca Om. Recite it a hundred or twenty-one times. Then, touching the throat, recite the root mantra ending: Om Guru Ayu Siddhi Vaka Abhisinca Ah. Then recite. Holding it at the heart, recite the root mantra: Om Guru Ayu Siddhi Citta Abhisinca Hum. Then recite. Holding it at the navel, recite the root mantra: Om Guru Ayu Siddhi Sarva Abhisinca Hrih. By reciting this, the blessings of Amitayus's body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities are absorbed into one's own body, speech, and mind, generating the certainty of attaining the supreme life of the immortal Vajra. Therefore, it is very easy to obtain. Then enjoy the longevity torma as accomplishment, drink the nectar of the longevity vase, and eat the longevity pills. The body is filled with the nectar of immortal wisdom, and all the essence is absorbed into the Hrih syllable at the heart. Meditate on becoming radiant, brilliant, and unchanging, transforming into a Vajra body. Then, recite in the mouth: Emaho! Through the blessings of Amitayus and the power of perfected practice, may all four hundred and four diseases, eighty thousand obstacles, ninety-one sudden occurrences, and eight untimely deaths, etc., all obstacles that are unfavorable to life, be completely pacified and averted. Say this seven times. The samaya is: If a yogi practices for their own benefit, the longevity torma and vase substances should not be given to others. When empowering for the benefit of others, they can be distributed. In short, when practicing this, one must observe silence and retreat. It is not permissible for those with defilements, sinners, and those with impure samayas to see it. Therefore, by pacifying the obstacles of untimely death, there is no doubt that one will attain the state of a vidyadhara.
