聚集后从自己的头顶向下融入，身体充满不死甘露。所有精华的精髓都融入（藏文：ནྲྀཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：），像这样明观，并屏住中间的气息。又是秘密长寿心髓十五字，不缺字句，不以人语间隔，禁语念诵。嗡 班匝 阿玉协 吽 仲 呢 匝 悉地 啪啦 吽 阿（藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཤེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。这样念诵，又从心间的种子字放出光芒，充满所有世间，成为清净的容器。所有有情众生都充满无量寿佛的身色，阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：）和呢（藏文：ནྲྀཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：）字绿色，流动的生命力毫无间断地充满所有世间，想象每个地方都充满火焰。又从心间的种子字放出红色如铁钩般的光芒，无数的光芒聚集，像磁铁吸铁一样，将所有无量寿佛和阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：）呢（藏文：ནྲྀཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：）字全部吸聚融入身体，身体充满不死甘露。精髓融入呢（藏文：ནྲྀཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：）命，所有众生的寿命、福德、光辉和荣耀都融入我身，想象自己变成不死金刚身，充满光彩，并坚定信念。对此念诵百万或七十万遍。之后出现特殊征兆，并将此勾召寿命的心髓用于事业时，念诵一千万遍。嗡 策 仲，玉 仲，玉策 仲，阿玉嘉纳 玉策 仲（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ༔ གཡུ་བྷྲཱུྃ༔ གཡུ་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ༔ ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་གཡུ་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）。念诵这十五个字。那时，征兆的次第是： 见到本尊面容，得到寿命的预言，身体的血肉和光彩增盛，日月升起，饮用甘露，绕白色佛塔，见到好的征兆，享用谷物，建造城堡，攀登高山，获得五部佛的法器，建造宝座，穿上盔甲，头戴鲜花，美丽的女子给予甘露等等。从以上修持开始，每天早上太阳升起前念诵一百零八遍不间断，就能获得金刚持明，这是莲花生我的誓言。极其深奥的金刚鬘，现在不传播，埋藏在门隅（不丹）的岩石中。未来有缘的具缘弟子，与他相遇后自己修持，时机成熟时传给心子。不传播会违犯誓言，损害自己的寿命，之后也要次第极其保密。

Having gathered, it dissolves downwards from the crown of one's head, filling the body with the nectar of immortality. All the essence of the quintessence dissolves into the letter NRI (藏文：ནྲྀཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：), visualize it clearly like that, and also hold the intermediate breath. Furthermore, this secret essence of life, the fifteen syllables, should be recited without losing any syllables, without interruption by human speech, in silence. Om Vajra Ayushe Hum Bhrum Nri Dza Siddhi Pala Hum Ah (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཤེ་ཧཱུྃ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ནྲྀ་ཛ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ་ཨཱ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：). Recite this, and again, from the seed-syllable at the heart, rays of light emanate, filling all the realms of the world, transforming them into pure vessels. All sentient beings are filled with the color of the body of Amitayus, and the green letters A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：) and NRI (藏文：ནྲྀཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：), the life-force of movement, without interruption, fill all the realms of the world, imagine each place filled with flames. Also, from the seed-syllable at the heart, countless hosts of red, hook-like rays of light emanate, and like a magnet attracting iron, all the Amitayus and the letters A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：) and NRI (藏文：ནྲྀཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：) are gathered together and dissolve into the body, filling the body with the nectar of immortality. The essence dissolves into the NRI (藏文：ནྲྀཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：nri，汉语字面意思：) life-force, and all the life, merit, glory, and splendor of beings dissolve into me, imagine yourself becoming the immortal Vajra body, full of radiance, and generate confidence in your mind. Recite this a million or seven hundred thousand times. After that, when special signs appear, and when applying this essence for the activity of summoning life, recite ten million times. Om Tshe Bhrum, Yu Bhrum, Yu Tshe Bhrum, Ayurjnana Yu Tshe Bhrum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ༔ གཡུ་བྷྲཱུྃ༔ གཡུ་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ༔ ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་གཡུ་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：). Recite these fifteen syllables. At that time, the sequence of signs is also: Seeing the face of the deity, receiving predictions of life, the flesh and radiance of the body increasing, the sun and moon rising, drinking nectar, circumambulating a white stupa, seeing good omens, enjoying grain, building a castle, climbing a mountain, finding the emblems of the five families, building a throne, wearing armor, wearing flowers, a beautiful woman giving nectar, and so on will occur. From the above practice, if one recites one hundred and eight times each day before sunrise without interruption, there is no doubt that one will attain the Vajra Vidyadhara, this is the word of Padma. A very profound Vajra Mala, do not propagate it now, bury it in the rocks of Mon. In the future, a fortunate son of the heart, having met with him, practice it yourself, and when the time comes, entrust it to a son of the heart. Not propagating it will break the samaya and harm one's own life, and afterwards, keep it very secret in stages.
