Earth, etc., all gathered and dissolved into the vase. Boil the nectar of the immortal vase. From the lower part of the body to the Brahma aperture of myself, it descends continuously like a stream of milk. Think of the body being filled with immortal nectar. All the Buddhas of the ten directions also come densely to myself. Think of bestowing the empowerment of life. In the heart of oneself, the swastika itself is marked with Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽) at the unchanging center. On top of the crossed vajra, think of Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽) and the swastika residing. Always hold it in mind. This is the unchanging basis of life. The actual mantra is to recite this: Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉字字面意思：嗡) Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉字字面意思：啊) Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽) Vajra Guru Āyurjñāna Amāraṇi Jīvanti Ye Svāhā (藏文：སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉字字面意思：梭哈)! This should be combined with ten thousand or a hundred thousand recitations. The fourth is the actual demonstration of the empowerment. The Vajra Master rings the bell and holds the vase. Blessed Lord, Vairocana Amitāyus, white and clear, holding the vajra vase. By bestowing the empowerment of great enlightenment, may you obtain the empowerment of immortal life! Holding the vajra, Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽)! Blessed Lord, Akṣobhya Amitāyus, dark blue-black, holding the vajra vase. By bestowing the empowerment of the vajra family, may you obtain the empowerment of immortal life! Holding the paṇḍita hat or mirror, Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽)! Blessed Lord, Ratnasambhava Amitāyus, gold and jewels, holding the life vase. By bestowing the empowerment of the ratna family, may you obtain the empowerment of immortal life! Then holding the bell, Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽)! Amoghasiddhi Amitāyus, all-encompassing activity, body color green, holding the crossed vajra bell. By bestowing the empowerment of the karma family, may you obtain the empowerment of activity and life! Thus, at the three places of the disciple, holding the mudras and bestowing the empowerment in sequence. Then holding the life vase, Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽)! Lord of the five wisdoms and five bodies, the five Sugata families, Amitāyus, the supreme vajra of all-encompassing life. May you obtain the empowerment of the five family lords! The unchanging swastika goddesses are white, yellow, red, green, and blue in color. All hold the life vase.

Do not reveal the heart mantra, hand gestures, etc., to others. Have faith in the lama, cherish dharma brothers, and be ashamed of yourself; this is the samaya. Thirdly, the aspiration is made: Lineage lord, Sugata, and Vidyadhara are the main ones, Think of us with love, and through your offerings and blessings, may sickness, evil spirits, obstacles, and adverse conditions be pacified. May there be happiness and well-being in all directions and times, and may all wishes be fulfilled. May I quickly attain Buddhahood. The auspicious words are: Kagyu lamas, yidam deities, May the union of all Sugatas be auspicious. The supreme footprints of the Buddhas of the three times, May the view, meditation, and conduct be auspicious. Having averted obstacles and adverse conditions to life, May the immortal life be auspicious. Thus it is said. Slowly gather in, perform the fulfillment, confession, and continuous offering. Emaho!
