All the dharmas encompassed by the past and the future, from the very beginning, are unestablished, in the completely pure space of dharmata. In the nature of the expanse of the nine spheres of self-appearing wisdom, in the center of the immeasurable palace whose vastness and arrangement are inconceivable. The perfect teacher, the all-pervading lord who is self-aware and primordially enlightened, the teacher Samantabhadra himself, without moving from the state of peace, in order to subdue the unruly and wicked sentient beings, manifests as the supreme and great glorious Heruka mudra in the realms of samsara and nirvana. From the Root Tantra of the Blood Drinker: To the extremely wrathful and fierce, peace will not bring benefit; for the wrathful, the Tathagatas accomplish all. The compassion of the Buddhas in wrathful form subdues all the wicked. After everything has been brought under control, they remain like servants, obedient to commands. Thus, it possesses the meaning of necessity, and the retinue is perfect, with the self-appearing wisdom of the victors, heroes, and yoginis, who are not encompassed by other lineages, manifesting in various forms and expressions. The Dharma is perfect, in no way divisible, the tantras of mantra, which are like the vajra, the common, the special, and the supreme secret, the great secret, and the most secret stages. The time is perfect, not just once, but the equality of the four times is taught in the ever-constant wheel of continuity, and will be taught. Secondly, the circumstance that provokes the discussion: At that time, the Sky-Faced Caṇḍālī, having generated joy, again asked: Emaho, all-pervading great glorious one, what is the essence of the meaning of the tantra? Having understood the meaning of that request, the dharmata bestowed teachings with its own sound. Thus it was said. At that time, the source of all dharmas, the wisdom of emptiness, with a face of the nature of space. The nature of the fierce mother Caṇḍālī, who intensely stimulates the great bliss of skillful means, uniting with the father. Having generated joy, after extensively teaching the tantra, again asked, welcoming with the word emaho, an expression of wonder, the all-pervading lord of samsara and nirvana, the great glorious one, after praising in this way. The tantras of the eight great sadhana sections, vast and profound, what is the essence of those meanings? After requesting in this way, with a joyful intention, the dharmata.

The concise summary with its own sound is taught as follows. Third, the meaning of the continuum of complete knowledge of the result has three aspects: generally explaining the three continua, specifically explaining the path, and showing the result of the path. First: "The essence of purity is the continuum of the base, The sudden purification is the continuum of the path, The ultimate purity is the continuum of the result, The three summarize all the meanings of the continuum." It is said. The term "continuum" refers to the continuous existence of the three objects of expression, the base, the path, and the result, and the continuous existence of the complete words of expression from beginning to end. As it is said in the later tantra of the Secret Essence Tantra: "The continuum is said to be continuous, Because the result comes from means and cause." So it is. That continuum is divided into three: From the beginning, the essence or nature is completely pure, so it is called the Kadag (primordial purity), the Sugata-garbha (Tathagatagarbha), and the nature-abiding lineage. Kunzhi's wisdom, the essence of mind, the defiled Thusness, the continuum of cause, and so on, are taught by many names. Because it is not grasped by the means of skillful means, it becomes samsara, and if it is grasped, it becomes nirvana. From sentient beings to Buddhas, it remains as closely connected as the strings of a lute, so it becomes the cause of both samsara and nirvana, and is called the base continuum. As the Protector Maitreya said: "How it was before, so it is later, The unchanging nature of reality." So it is. In Vimala's Three Steps, it says: "All the phenomena of the two truths, Are called the base because they all arise." And so on. In that, the essence of the abiding reality is without bondage or liberation, and the self-awareness, the mind of enlightenment, the indivisible truth, is beyond the realm of the mind, and the essence of the Sugata is like a jewel, the basis for purifying defilements. The basis for imputing delusion, the sudden appearance of non-existence, the clinging to the object and the object, is like the mud and mire of the defilement to be purified. The latter is the cause of accomplishing samsara, and the consciousness enters into the object, so it is only nominally established as the base during that continuum, but it does not become the proximate cause of the result, so it is not the real cause continuum. However, in the abiding reality, it transcends the terms of samsara and nirvana, but in the appearing reality, there are separate terms. On the cause continuum, the obscuring non-existence, the sudden defilement of delusion, and the habitual tendencies are all purified and purified, which is the means or path.
