Please pay attention! In order to benefit all sentient beings, I respectfully take refuge! Individual liberation vows and Bodhicitta, the general discipline of Vidyadhara mantras, especially the root body, speech, and mind, the twenty-five branch Samayas, and the superior vows of practice, may I uphold and protect them properly! Recite three times. In an instant, visualize yourselves as the Bhagavan Vajrasattva, white in color, holding a vajra and bell, adorned with silk and precious jewels. Visualize the form seated in the lotus posture on a lotus and moon seat, marked with a white OM (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) on the forehead, a red AH (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah) on the throat, and a blue HUNG (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हु,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hung) in the heart. Visualize that the body, speech, and mind of all Buddhas are blessed into the nature of Vajra, and joyfully offer flowers and other objects to each of the senses. Offer the near-use offerings, reciting: OM VAJRA PUSHPE PRATICCHA SVAHA Om, Vajra, Flower, Receive, Svaha). Up to: Naividya. Hold this toothbrush between your palms, and make the gesture of brushing your teeth, visualizing that all the impurities in the body's channels are expelled and purified as if vomiting. Pray that the signs of whatever accomplishment of activity is attained may be clearly revealed. Then discard the toothbrush and repeat this Vajra laughter mantra. Hand the toothbrush to someone else to throw it into the fence. Om, Vajra, Laughter, Ham). If the tip of the toothbrush points to oneself or the lama, supreme accomplishment will be attained. Upwards and downwards indicate the accomplishments of Khechara and Bhuchara. Pointing to the four directions indicates the accomplishment of the four activities. Pointing to the four intermediate directions indicates the accomplishment of minor achievements such as vases. Offer conch water, and by taking into your mouth the handful of water blessed by the mantra of Mamaki, purify the obscurations of speech and wind, and visualize that you will be able to clearly manifest the signs of dreams. The red protection cord, cleansed with the mantra of Vajra Yaksha, of standard length, bound with Vajra knots and sealed with Vajra protection, purifies the obscurations of the mind's bindu. Visualize that all interruptions are protected until the dream is analyzed. Om, Vajra, Bind, Bam).
